Vacation Planner

The Vacation Planner‚Äôs primary responsibility is to assist guests in coordinating their lodging in Keystone. You will be part of a competitive sales team where members work together to achieve common goals. ¬†You will also be responsible for various ‚Äúside projects‚ÄĚ during times when call volume is low. This position is located in Golden, CO. The ideal candidate would be courteous, self-motivated and detail-oriented. This position is seasonal, part-time, through March 25th. The candidate would initially be scheduled for 20 hours per week, with a potential for additional hours based on call volume.

Front Desk Agent

SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Guest Services Team in Keystone.

Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year round. Our Guest Services Team is responsible for making sure their stay is beyond all expectations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. This individual will answer phones, check guests in and out, provide information about the resort and accommodations, problem solve guest issues, and perform general office tasks.

Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate.  Full Time, Part Time, Year Round and Seasonal Positions available!


SummitCove is looking for housekeepers, inspectors and housemen for the winter 2016 / 2017 ski season.

We strive to be the cleanest, best maintained properties in Keystone and our housekeeping department is an essential part of our team. We are a full service cleaning company able to perform detail cleans, professional carpet cleaning and regular guest stay cleans.

The right candidate will enjoy working in a team, have a driver’s license and personal vehicle. If you are expected to drive your own vehicle you must be able to provide proof of insurance and will receive a vehicle stipend.

Housekeeping Coordinator

A Coordinator is the person in charge of coordinating all other team members from the office. The right candidate has good computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements: Bilingual – spanish/english
Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and assign all housekeeper, houseman, and inspector tasks
Prepare and sign out all keys for staff
Monitor Arrivals throughout the week
Monitor and assign work orders
Communicate with all departments within the company
Receive work orders and enter them in a timely manner
Answer all telephone and radio communications
Assist with all jobs within the department, such as cleaning, inspecting, or houseman duties.
Assist with translations
Assist with computer related tasks like flyers or notices
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to walk safely in areas containing water, ice, and snow
Must be able to pull and push items safely
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
Must be able to walk up and down stairs with or without linen bags
Must be able to lift bags up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to bend safely

Maintenance Tech

Our highly skilled maintenance team is looking for a entry level maintenance tech and a coordinator to assist us throughout the upcoming winter season. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service to fit in with our team and must have a strong desire to learn new skills in the maintenance field.
