Beaver Creek Golf Club
103 Offerson Road, Avon, Colorado 81260 970-845-5775
The Beaver Creek Golf Club, nestled against the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain, is one of the longest established golf courses in the Vail Valley. Opened in 1982, the course was designed by noted course architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and is known and respected for its long, narrow challenging fairways and its stunning scenery. For the past 4 years, in between golf seasons, Beaver Creek has worked to re-shape all of the bunkers on course, aligning them more closely with their original design, and in the process installing a new drainage system and new sand for better playability. This 70-par (total yardage 6646) course features 18-holes and is famous for its long fairways and is close to the Eagle Vail Golf Course for multi-day coursers.
To get here from Keystone take Highway 6 back onto I-70 heading west. Take exit #169 onto US 6, continue on to US 6 and turn onto Village Road. Turn left onto Offerson Road and the golf course will be right there. Additionally, the clubhouse restaurant formerly known as Holden’s has undergone a face lift and is now known as the Rendezvous Club, serving lunch and happy hour and other daily specials. Fees range from $89 to $185 and the dress code is: collared shirts (except women); non-denim slacks; golf shorts welcome; soft-spike shoes. Beaver Creek also offers lessons and clinics and packages are available through the resort.
