Keystone Resorts has an awesome 25 foot climbing wall which is next to their miniature golf course and other attractions. This is a great place to try climbing for the first time and is even better for kids! The climbing wall is in River Run Village and is only open during the summer months (June through September).

Copper Mountain Climbing Wall

Copper Mountain Resort also commands a climbing wall that is superior to Keystones. It is located in the village area just behind Jack’s Slopeside Grill. Copper Mountain’s Climbing Wall is 35 feet high and features a 360-degree climbing radius. This is a great experience for kids, but also offers fun and a challenge for intermediate climbers. Another great place to go if you are beginning to learn how to climb; like Keystone, it is only open during the summer months.
