Kickapoo Tavern is the premier tavern in River Run Village, with its expansive lunch and dinner menu and full bar, it’s a great way to end the day! Kickapoo Tavern specializes with its barbecue buffet and also focuses on salads, burritos, sandwiches, burgers and homemade hearty soups. For dinner, they have the ever popular ribs, steaks and fresh seafood or pastas. Kickapoo has everything you may desire and all for a great price!
Kickapoo is best known for its expansive beer and wine selections, but also their barbeque buffet and premium meats and seafood. Kickapoo has a great lively atmosphere and is the main hot spot after a day of skiing and have multiple TVs showing the main games in sports. The most popular items (aside from the beer selection) are the ribs and different soups and chilies. Others have called it a great place for chili, beer and nachos! My personal favorite is the Ribeye (or Cowboy Steak) for dinner or the Reuben or Turkey Bacon Melt for lunch. Regardless, Kickapoo offers hearty food and cold beer in the heart of River Run Village.
