Nozawa Sushi & Kitchen

Nozawa Sushi & Kitchen is a delicious sushi and grill restaurant. You can order one of their specialty rolls or one of their specialty grilled items. Even though it is nestled in the mountains, far away from the ocean, Nozawa does have fresh items and tasty food. In addition to sushi, the grill section has all those delicious entrees such as steak and teriyaki chicken, a great place to visit if you want some great Japanese style cuisine.

Nozawa Sushi & Kitchen offers the special rolls like the Caterpillar, Dragon, Philadelphia, Rainbow rolls and others. In addition it has the traditional Japanese entrees like tempura, soba, and teriyaki items. The hibachi portion of the restaurant features the typical Asian specialties like Sukiyaki, Sesame Chicken and even some Thai Dishes and their famous Atomic Shrimp. Nozawa is a little ways away from Keystone, but if you are doing the brewery tours or running about Summit County, then stop in for some Japanese foods!
