Summit Seafood Company is the premier seafood restaurant in Keystone. The Summit Seafood Company focuses on (you guessed it) seafood and all the accompaniments such as pasta dishes, grill items and all the right sides. They have the ‘Catch of the Day’ special and feature fresh fish even though it is two miles above sea level.

Summit Seafood Company has specialty seafood dishes and other things to accommodate the non-seafood crowd. Some of their specialties include Mahi Mahi, swordfish and trout caught in Summit County. The Summit Seafood Company is open Thursday through Sunday only, but their martini lounge is open daily. On Wednesdays they offer a Martini Tasting starting  at 4 PM and that is a fun and unique experience to take part in and then come the next day for some Summit Seafood Company.
