Housekeeping Inspector

Vacation Property Management Company in Keystone Resort, CO is seeking a qualified full time housekeeping inspector.

Position Summary:

Conduct departure, arrival, damage, and deep-clean inspections of rental properties in accordance with approved check-lists. Assure the properties meet standards of cleanliness and condition.

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Conduct multiple property inspections daily and inspect all rooms for arrival.
  • Perform daily departure inspections, checking for damages
  • Reviews arrivals and departures and housekeeping changes daily.
  • Track complaints regarding housekeeping and maintenance services.
  • Checks and counts linens and supplies.
  • Records inspection results and notifies cleaning personnel of inadequacies.
  • Review and record all returned guest cards with housekeeping and maintenance comments.
  • Prepare work orders for housekeepers and maintenance staff and follow progress to completion.
  • Deliver items to properties as needed, including guest amenities, deliveries, and promotional items.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain Q/A standards at or above passing score.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Housekeeping Inspector experience of at least 1 year.
  • English fluency required Spanish fluency a lus
  • Computer and mobile device literacy required.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to work unsupervised and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with guest and employees.
  • Must have follow-through process on short-term and long term programs, self-starter, strong interpersonal relationship, communication skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license use of personal vehicle required.
  • Exemplary guest service attitude is a must!
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
