Laundry Facilities - The laundry room is located directly next to the fitness room, on the first floor of Gateway Lodge. It contains a washer and a dryer. Each load costs $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Most of the larger condos in Gateway Lodge have private laundry but the studio condos need to use the common laundry.
