Although the actual sleeping capacity in Keystone and Breckenridge is unknown, it is obvious just by driving through Keystone and Breckenridge that there are far fewer condos and properties to stay in Keystone. When you think about roughly the same number of skiers per year visit Keystone Resort as they do Breckenridge, it becomes obvious that the demand for ski vacation rentals is much higher in Keystone.
The last expansion in Keystone was completed in the 1990s with the result being the beautiful River Run Village at Keystone. Preliminary plans exist today to add more ski lifts in the Keystone Gulch area, which will lead to further real estate opportunities in Keystone in the coming years.
