Since the wood is supplied, you can enjoy a roaring fire without ever leaving the condo. You truly need to see this in person in order to appreciate the craftsmanship that went into constructing this fireplace. The large windows never let you forget you are in a snowy paradise. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and home theater for your entertainment. If you would rather have some quality family time, the owners have stocked this condo with several games and plenty of activities for kids.

Master Bedroom - This elegant master bedroom is a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The doors are solid wood, allowing you to shut out any noise from the rest of your group. The brand new windows provide a breathtaking view of the slopes, so you have a little extra motivation to get out of bed in the morning. The attached bathroom has recently been renovated with new tile and fixtures, lending it the look of a model home. Built in hair dryer is provided.

2nd Bedroom - Handcrafted log bunk beds allow the kids to feel as though they are in a true western cabin when on vacation in Keystone Colorado in this room. The queen bed on the bottom and singe bed on top provide sleeping space for three people. A large set of windows bring the outdoors in and remind you exactly why you chose to vacation in Keystone, CO! The attached Jack and Jill bathroom is a convenient feature in this condominium. This bathroom also has a built in hair dryer, so that's one less thing you need to pack.

Huge Loft - The mother of all lofts in Keystone Resort! Easily accessible and high enough clearance for adults to easily crouch into. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR KIDS! Features 3 single mattresses to sleep 3 people and store gear. Under the loft is a great stash of toys for the little ones!

Kitchen - You might choose to stay in and prepare a home cooked meal when on your ski vacation in Coloradoin this fully remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, tile and granite counter tops. The breakfast bar allows conversation between the kitchen, dining room and living room.

Patio / Front Yard - By far the best feature of this property in Keystone Colorado. A full 500 sq ft of private fenced yard with grass in the summertime. The kids will love to play in the backyard and build a snowman in the winter ! The parents will love the gas grill that allows for preparing a wonderful meal with little effort. Easy access to the parking lot for loading and unloading all of your gear.

Dining Room - The solid oak dining room table is large enough to seat eight. Weather you are enjoying a nice dinner with the family, or playing Pictionary for a bit of R and R during your visit to Keystone Colorado, this table will certainly be the gathering place for your group. The sliding glass door off of the dining room opens to a private fenced yard.

Just off Keystone Lake, Decatur offers unobstructed views of the ski slopes at the Mountain House base area of Keystone Resort. Central to the plentiful activies around Keystone Lake and the Sname River, there is no shortage of things to do and see. Easy bike path access and even easier shuttle bus access for skiers.

Amazing View - Right from the building is a direct view of the slopes at the Mountain House base area.

Walk to Keystone Lake - Only 100 yards to the edge of Keystone Lake, you can enjoy paddleboats and kayaks in the summer and all the ice skating you want on the largest outdoor Zamboni maintained rink in North America.....a full 5 acres!

Bike Path - Right next to Decatur. Head up the valley into River Run Village or down the valley following the Snake River eventually to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge. You have to go uphill on the way back though....

Shops & Restaurants - Only a 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Keystone lake where you can ice skate, rent paddle boats or even take a stroller further down the valley on the bike path.

Walk to Convention Center - Just around the corner and under US Hwy 6 through the pedestrian tunnel. Literally a 3 minute walk!

Ski Storage - Right on the ground floor. Get dressed, Get your gear, and hop on the shuttle right out front. You'll only have to walk about 50 feet total in ski boots to go skiing!

Pool & Hot Tub Access - Located only 100yds from Decatur is a clubhouse on the shore of Keystone Lake which features a large indoor heated pool and a hot tub. A grilling area on the deck and nearby play area is available as well. Towels are supplied at the clubhouse, so you don't have to dirty your room towels.
