The Seasons #1851 has sleeping capacity for 16 and 4 full bathrooms. You even have a single car heated garage to store all your ski gear as well as keep the frost off the car! The Seasons was built in 2002, and is one of the newest properties in Keystone. With brand new furniture The Seasons has a true mountain feel. The upper level deck features incredible mountain view right above the tall spruce trees that surround the property. The sound of the Snake River is downright mesmorizing! The fireworks display on Sat evenings during ski season is close enough you can almost touch it. If you're up for a quiet night inside, sit next to the cozy gas log fireplace and play your favorite movie with full surround sound on a 42" LCD wide screen TV.

Master Bedroom #1 - Located on the main floor above the garage. Queen bed and full bath featuring double sinks. 32" LCD TV located in the room along with humidifier for your comfort in the dry mountain climate.

Bunk Room #1 - Located on the main floor right across from the full bathroom. Features 2 full bunk beds along with 2 pull out single mattresses to sleep a total of 6 people. Also features a 24" LCD flat screen TV with DVD / VCR combo. Imagine how much fun your kids could have here. They may not want adults around!

Master Bedroom #2 - Located upstairs from the main living area and the 2 other bedrooms. Features a Queen size bed, 24" LCD flat screen TV with DVD / VCR combo. This bedroom is a perfect retreat from the crowd. The bathroom is located right across the hallway.

Bunk Room #2 - Dual bunk beds along with trundle beds underneath to sleep a total of 6 people comfortably. Attached bathroom features double sinks and full size bathtub. Sliding glass door yields a zero-clearance balcony to let in fresh air and the sound of the Snake River right below. Incredible mountain view from this room that give you a "tree house" feel.

Garage - Single car garage for ski gear storage and keeping all the ice and snow off your car. Lots of extra space for storage here.

Upper level deck - Enjoy the incredible views of the Snake River just over the embankment and Keystone Lake vey close by. Just into the distance, the continental divide can be seen.

The Seasons is a condo complex situated right on the banks of the Snake River and only a 2 minute walk across a foot bridge to Keystone Lake. Nestled among mature spruce trees, The Seasons is one of the most beautiful properties in Keystone. While being a quiet mountain getaway, it is a mere 1/4 mile walk to The Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Lake are literally just a couple minutes away by foot along a well lighted trail through the tall trees, where you can find activites such as ice skating, paddle boats, bike trails, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, and much much more.

The bike path is across the Snake River which leads down the scenic valley to the Keystone golf courses, Lake Dillon and eventually to Frisco and Breckenridge.

A unique common area features 2 hot tubs and a fire pit with wood supplied, and is only a few steps away from every property at The Seasons.

Keystone Lake - Just a couple minutes of walking on a well lit pathway and over a walking bridge you'll find paddle boats, ice skating, shops, restaurants, and much more.

Snake River - Right over the embankment. You can even hear the Snake River while sitting on the patio. Next to the river is the bike path that leads both up and down the valley to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.

Keystone Conference Center - Less than 1/3 mile from the Keystone Conference Center. Just a quick walk over the bridge and around the lake. There is even a tunnel under US Hwy 6 so you don't have to cross the road! Less than a 5 minute walk.

Shuttle Stop - Literally about 25 feet from the front door. take the FREE shuttle anywhere in Keystone. The ride to the ski lifts is less than 5 minutes. No walking in ski boots!

Outdoor Hot Tubs - The common area is about 75 feet away from the front door. 2 large outdoor hot tubs, locker rooms, sauna, and a large BBQ fire pit with supplied fire wood. Have a campfire right here! Towels are also supplied for all guests.

Plenty of Parking - Unassigned parking and plenty of it. If you have more than 1 car, no problem.
