Seasons #1852 - Keystone, CO

The Seasons was built in 2002, and is one of the newest properties in Keystone. Everything is furnished to the hilt with ski decor and mountain type furnishings. The outside deck features easy steps down to the walking path that leads over the Snake River and to the Keystone Lakeside Village. A spectacular view of fireworks right from the deck occurs on major holidays such as July 4th and New Year's Eve. If you're up for a quiet night inside, sit next to the cozy gas log fireplace and play your favorite movie with full surround sound on a 32" LCD wide screen TV mounted right above the fireplace. Want even more privacy? A 19" flat screen awaits you in the Master bedroom!

Living Room - A very spacious living room is the centerpiece to this property. A stunningly decorated room will make you never wanting to go back home. Relax in front of the large gas log fireplace and watch the huge 32" LCD HiDef TV above the mantel. Equipped with surround sound, you can cozy up and watch your favorite movie right here with your closest friends or family.

Kitchen - Completely decked out with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, this kitchen is a cooks DREAM! Well lit and open to the living room, the cook will never feel left out of the conversation. Completely stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal. Bright with plenty of windows nearby as well....the cook won't be left without a view either.

Entryway - As soon as you open the front door, you'll be amazed at the slate entryway and solid wooded doors everywhere. The Entry leads to the kitchen and living room. The quality and impression is downright amazing.

Bunk Room - Just the the left as you first walk in is the bunk room. This room is spacious and features plenty of space for ski gear. There is a single bed on top, and a full size bed on the bottom bunk. A closet featuring "California Closets" is like having a built in dresser in the closet. An attached bath gives easy access for anyone staying in this room. This room also has a VCR and a verity of "G" rated movies for kids.

Master Bedroom - Located right off of the kitchen and living room, the Master bedroom is a treat to stay in. A queen bed is located in this room along with a 19" LCD flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Beautiful mountain and ski decor litter the room and you'll feel like you're in the Colorado Rockies for sure. An attached bath is a bonus with an extra deep tub and dual sinks.

Storage Room - It's worth mentioning due to the sheer size of this room. Originally slated to be a bathroom, it was decided to make a large storage closet instead. Not a bad idea considering that most condos are cramped and small. NOT HERE! Everyone's skis, boots, luggage and more will all easily fit into this monster closet.

Outside Deck - A sliding glass door in the living room leads outside and onto the wooden raised deck. Sit and relax while you hear and see the Snake River below the embankment. A set of stairs makes for really easy access to the trail that leads to the lakeside village. Close to everything, yet you'll feel like you're all by yourself!

The Seasons is a condo complex situated right on the banks of the Snake River and only a 2 minute walk across a foot bridge to Keystone Lake. Nestled among mature spruce trees, The Seasons is one of the most beautiful properties in Keystone. While being a quiet mountain getaway, it is a mere 1/4 mile walk to The Keystone Conference Center and Keystone Lake are literally just a couple minutes away by foot along a well lighted trail through the tall trees, where you can find activites such as ice skating, paddle boats, bike trails, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, and much much more.

The bike path is across the Snake River which leads down the scenic valley to the Keystone golf courses, Lake Dillon and eventually to Frisco and Breckenridge.

A unique common area features 2 hot tubs and a fire pit with wood supplied, and is only a few steps away from every property at The Seasons.

Keystone Lake - Just a couple minutes of walking on a well lit pathway and over a walking bridge you'll find paddle boats, ice skating, shops, restaurants, and much more.

Snake River - Right over the embankment. You can even hear the Snake River while sitting on the patio. Next to the river is the bike path that leads both up and down the valley to Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.

Keystone Conference Center - Less than 1/3 mile from the Keystone Conference Center. Just a quick walk over the bridge and around the lake. There is even a tunnel under US Hwy 6 so you don't have to cross the road! Less than a 5 minute walk.

Shuttle Stop - Literally about 25 feet from the front door. take the FREE shuttle anywhere in Keystone. The ride to the ski lifts is less than 5 minutes. No walking in ski boots!

Outdoor Hot Tubs - The common area is about 75 feet away from the front door. 2 large outdoor hot tubs, locker rooms, sauna, and a large BBQ fire pit with supplied fire wood. Have a campfire right here! Towels are also supplied for all guests.

Plenty of Parking - Unassigned parking and plenty of it. If you have more than 1 car, no problem.

High-speed Internet Access - Internet access is provided within the condo via Ethernet Cable.
