4th of July in Keystone Offers Activities for the Whole Family!

 

Keystone Resort is a great place to be for the 4th of July holiday! There are many planned activities in Keystone and surrounding towns to celebrate, including a BBQ at Keystone Lake, Live Music, the Block Party, Kid's Bike Parade and Fishing Derby and much more!

Tuesday, July 3

Kid's Discovery Days

This fun and free event will showcase Connie and Company Kid's Magic Show, 2 face painters, and a bounce house from 11am to 1pm.

Wednesday, July 4th

Keystone 4th of July Celebration

At 10 am, children can participate in the annual Fourh of July bike parade in River Run Villlage.  Each child will be given a decorating kit to include everything from streamers to stickers and beads.  The parade begins at 10:30 am Later in the day, enjoy a lakeside barbecue from 3pm to 8pm with great food and cold refreshments.  Live entertainment will be performed by Jeremy Dion, whose evening concert is set to begin at 5:45 pm.

Kid's Fishing Derby

Kids ages 13 and under can participate in Lakeside Village.  Includes raffle prizes.  No barb, no bait, and please come prepared with your own gear and tackle.  Derby takes place from 8am to 10am.

River Run Rocks Concert

The Six Million Dollar Band will perform a free concert to kick off the summer River Run Rocks Concert Series at Keystone Resort in River Run Village.

Kidtopia Kidsfest

Kids can visit the petting zoo, take a train ride, or take part in crafts.  Kidsfest will also include the bounce house, caricature artist, a DJ, face painters, balloon artists and more.   The activities are free.
