Tuesday August 9th
Kids Discovery Days. Explore fun at the Kids' Discovery Days, in the River Run Events Plaza. Watch a magic show, see zoo animals, or sing a-long with our musician. This Thursday features TV's and Two Fingers (Poetry and Sound), Balloon Artist and Face Painting.
Thursday, August 11th
Theater on Thursdays presents "Altar Boys". Full of sharp parody, sinfully spectacular dancing, and irreverent humor, this spoof about a heavenly guy - group is adored by audiences and critics alike. With an extraordinary mix of side-splitting songs convincing enough to be played on MTV, uncontrollable laughs and lighthearted fun, this award-winning and totally original new musical is 90 minutes of pure delight that's suitable for all ages and will have the whole family laughing and singing along. Friday, August 12th
Children's Theatre Production of the "The Red Cape". Little Red Riding Hood's red cape is the envy of the entire Kingdom. And the Big Bad Wolf will stop at nothing to get his claws on it. But when the Three Little Pigs, Cinderella, and several other fairy tale favorites join forces for an epic game of Capture the Cape, only the cape itself knows who its true owner should be. Join us for a family musical adventure full of humor and heart as Little Red Riding Hood and the whole gang discover that in the end, clothes really don't make the man or the pig or the wolf.
Snake River Chamber Festival. The Dercum Center presents The Snake River Chamber Festival at Warren Station Center for the Arts in River Run Village where you can enjoy spectacular chamber music.
Summit House Live Entertainment. Friday Afternoon Club entertainment at The Summit House, takes place every Friday from 4pm-7pm. Featuring drink specials and food specials rotating each week as well as Live Music! Free gondola ride for foot passengers starts at 3pm.
Saturday, August 13th
River Run Kidtopia Kidzfest. Bring your family and enjoy some FREE family fun!. Come experience a petting zoo, train rides, caricatures, face painters, balloon artists, crafts, mascots~ Olivia and Oliver, spin art, kids' show, bounce houses, DJ and street entertainer for a day you won't want to miss! This Saturday features a hand balancing act by Kate.
