Guest Services Representative
SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Guest Services Team in Keystone. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; taking care of our guests over the phone and in person at the front desk. Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year round. Our Guest Services Team is responsible for making sure their stay is beyond all expectations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. This individual will answer phones, check guests in and out, provide information about the resort and accommodations, problem solve guest issues, and perform general office tasks.

As a Guest Services Rep you should be able to listen well, be respectful, honest, caring and make good decisions. This job can be very rewarding when the guest checks out and lets you know that their stay was everything they hoped for and more!
Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate. Must have open availability to work varied and flexible hours. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are looking for both the day time and overnight positions. Daytime positions are 8 hours within 7am – 11pm and the overnight position is 11pm – 7am. We will consider full or part time in these positions.
