Service Excellence Team
SummitCove Property Management is always looking to expand our Service Excellence Team in Keystone. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; taking care of our guests, communicating with homeowners, administrative duties and more. Our guests come from all over the state, country and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year round. Our Guest Services Team is responsible for making sure their stay is beyond all expectations.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
– Service Excellence Specialist
– Service Excellence Specialist II
– Property Marketing Specialist
– Service Excellence Assistant Manager
– Service Excellence Supervisor
The ideal candidates will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. These individuals will answer phones, check guests in and out, provide information about the resort and accommodations, problem solve guest issues, and perform general office tasks.

Experience in customer service is highly desired, but we will train the right candidate. Must have open availability to work varied and flexible hours.
