Chef Rybak has strong roots in Keystone: He opened the Keystone Conference Center and the Outpost restaurants (the Alpenglow Stube and Der Fondue Chessel).  Rybak is a certified executive chef of the American Culinary Federation and won Colorado chef of the year in 2000.
