Biking over Loveland Pass
If you're an avid cyclist or a cyclist looking to push yourself and work on your climbing of mountain passes, you might want to consider cycling over Loveland Pass. A great challenge with stunning views, you'll feel an amazing sense of accomplishment after this ride. Below is a list of statistics of the Loveland Pass ride.

The Loveland Pass ride (from the Loveland Ski Area side) starts to climb out of the Loveland valley, surrounded by 12,000 and 13,000 peaks. The Loveland Pass ride is one of Colorado's highest passes when you summit at the Continental Divide. You'll honestly feel like you're on top of the world. Keep in mind that while the roads are fairly wide throughout the ride, there are not always full shoulders, so ride with caution and always be aware of cars around you.
Always be sure to bring plenty of water with you on your ride over Loveland Pass, along with some extra layers, as the side closer to Loveland Ski Area tends to be in the shade and a bit cooler. It's also always a good idea to bring your own snacks and energy bars, so you're not stuck without energy if the ski resorts aren't open.
