Keystone Winter Culinary Festival Takes Place March 2-4

Keystone Resort will host its Winter Culinary Festival from March 2nd-4th.  The festival will take place resort-wide.  Sip wines, join in on classes and demonstrations or treat your palate to food prepared by award winning chefs.  Take a look at the schedule of events below or click to reserve your tickets now!


Friday, March 2nd

Alpenglow Stube Show Kitchen Demo - 10:30am: Cost: Free / $9 foot passenger ticket available for non-skiers/riders.  Foot passenger tickets may be purchased through Activities and Dining at 800-354-4386.
Pastry Demo-2pm: Cost $20.  Located at Keystone Conference Center.
Culinary Trends Cooking Class-2pm: Cost:$20.  Located at the Lakeside Suite at Keystone Lodge.
North American Whiskey Experiences-4pm: Cost: $125.  Located at the Black Bear Grill.
World Celebration of Wine Dinner-6pm: Cost: $125.  Located at the Ski Tip Lodge.


Saturday, March 3rd

Ice Carving Demo with Chef Steve Nguyen – 11am: Cost: Free. Located at Gondola Plaza.
Decadent Wellness:  Presented by the Keystone Spa-11:30am: Cost: $20.  Located at the Lakeside Suite at Keystone Lodge.
Kids in the Kitchen Cooking Class-11:30am and 12:30pm sessions: Cost is $20.  Located at Warren Station.
Beer Tasting-2pm: Cost $20.  Located at Warren Station.
Unique red varietal and blends-3:30: Cost: $20.  Located at the Ski Tip Ranch.
Champagne Seminar-3pm: Cost: $20.  Located at the Ranch.
Martini Tasting-4pm: Cost $20.  Located at the Black Bear Grill at Keystone.
Grand Tasting-5:30pm to 9pm: Located at the top of North Peak at Der Fondue Chessel and Alpenglow Stube,  guests will get wine or champagne pairings with various samples of fine cuisine.  The cost is $125 per person.

Sunday, March 4th

Champagne Brunch at the 11, 444-Starts at 10:30am: Located at the Alpenglow Stube, you will receive a Mimosa, soup du jour, selection of an entree, and and array of dessert choices.  Cost is $47 per person, payment can be made at the restaurant.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling 800.354.4386.  Ticket packages are also available.  The Grand Plus Package is $150 per person and is valid for 1 ticket to the Grand Tasting, plus 2 seminars.
