Keystones New Skier Bridge to the Gondola to open for 2009/10 Ski Season!
Most of the improvements at ski resorts this season will be behind the scenes. However, Vail Resorts is putting their money into Keystone Ski Resort. Along with having purchased five new snow cats this year, Keystone is also finalizing the last stage of their River Run Gondola project with the new Skier Bridge that will connect the slopes with the Gondola and River Run Village. The new Skier Bridge will connect the mountain back to the base of the gondola, giving guests a shorter walk from the slopes. Access to the gondola will be much easier from the mountain as skiers will be able to ski across the new bridge, down to the base of the River Run Gondola, without having to take off their equipment. This is a definite added convenience for skiers looking to get in as many runs as they can during the day. With improving overall skier experience being very important to ski resorts these days, Keystone is doing everything right with their new Skier's Bridge. Having this access and connecting the mountain to the gondola, as well as the River Run Village area will no doubt improve the desirability of the Keystone real estate as well. It's definitely time to give Keystone, its new Skier Bridge, and its River Run Gondola a try!
