Grady Champion
Grady Champion started his musical career in the early 1990’s as a rapper, but soon changed his style when he discovered the blues. He has been compared to Sonny Boy Williamson and is a thriple threat harmonica player, guitarist, and songwriter. His revved-up, soulful vocalizing and the charm and insight he brings to his songwriting, mark Grady as an important new talent.

The Soul of John Black
John “JB” Bigham, the man behind The Soul Of John Black, is an adventurous artist who isn’t afraid to take risks while pursuing his musical vision. Already he has an impressive resume, having written songs for Miles Davis and playing percussion in the Davis group. His stage moniker is a name shrouded with an element of darkness and mystery. He draws his inspiration from blues and soul pioneers of the past and stands as a true testament to the dynamic beauty and freedom of musical expression, which he strips down to the core – guitar, voice and exposed human emotion conveyed in sparse, soulfully captivating performances wrought with raw, spontaneous power.

Papa Grows Funk
Papa Grows Funk embodies the soul of New Orleans-fun, funky, unpredictable and energetic. From sultry summer nights, to Mardi Gras revelry, to the heart pounding Jazz Fest weekends, New Orleans follows PGF whether it is at their regular gig at the Maple Leaf Bar or Club Quattro in Tokyo, Japan. Papa Grows Funk are the guardians of New Orleans funk. PGF continually stretches the bounds of New Orleans music, turning ears and shaking hips wherever they perform.
