The Keystone Lodge and Spa Pool House – You have full access to the highly acclaimed Keystone Lodge and Spa with a huge swim-in / out pool, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna. You can also book a massage, or facial, or pay to use the fitness center depending on availability.

Surrounded by Shops and Restaurants – Surrounding Keystone Lake are numerous shops and restaurants so you don’t have to drive anywhere to go out to dinner or have a good time with your family or friends. Edgewater is located steps away from Keystone Lake, which doubles as an outdoor Ice Rink during the winter months.

Centrally Located Bike Path – Edgewater condos are located on the bike path that takes you to River Run Village or down the hill to the golf courses, and to Lake Dillon in the other direction. Perfectly located for a quick bike ride in either direction and see all that Keystone has to offer.

Keystone Conference Center Hotel – Edgewater condos are very close to the conference center in Keystone Resort Colorado. A tunnel goes right under US Highway 6. You’ll be there within a few minutes of walking!

Ice Skating On Keystone Lake – In the winter months, Keystone Lake becomes the largest outdoor maintained skating rink in North America. Skate rentals are located at the Keystone Adventure Center and you’ll never forget the fun. The lights turn on at night, so you can skate late into the evening. Walk right into your condo at Edgewater to warm up with some hot chocolate after your tiring skating excursions!

Keystone Resort Adventure Center – Surrounding Keystone Lake is all sorts of fun from fly fishing, paddle boats, ice skating, hiking, biking, stand-up paddleboarding, kids play area, and more. There is no shortage of things to do at the Keystone Lakeside Village. There is also fish food available in the summer for the kids to feed the fish and ducks!

Shuttle Stop – Although Edgewater condos are not ski-in ski-out, you have extremely close access to a free seasonal shuttle that will take you around Keystone. Just downstairs is the heated, indoor shuttle stop so you don’t have to walk very far.
