At 1pm, Keystone Oktoberfest kicks off in the village with Oktoberfest beer tasting, food vendors and live music from the local favorite Those Austrian Guys and polka dancing! There will also be plenty of kids activities taking place and this event is free to attend, with the option to purchase food and drink.

The Das Bier Burner 5K & Keystone Oktoberfest Today in Keystone
Looking for something to do today? Head to Keystone today to watch or run in the Das Bier Burner 5K, followed by Keystone Oktoberfest.
Same-day registration for the race will be going on in River Run Village this morning from 8:15 am until 11:15 am, with the race starting at noon. Your entry will get you an event t-shirt, goody bag filled with all sorts of fun schwag as well as a complimentary brat and beer after the race. A portion of the proceeds of this event supports the SOS Outreach of Summit County. The course is fairly flat and follows the paved Keystone bike path for most of the route, heading towards East Keystone, through Settler's Creek and back towards the village along the Snake River. The atmosphere is FUN and all ages and abilities are welcome! Enjoy checking out the great costumes and vote for your favorite to win the best costume prize! Prizes include Freshies Gourmet Cocktail Drink Baskets, free stay vouchers with SummitCove Lodging, beer- themed items such as event beer steins and more!
