Our owners have high expectations for the maintenance and care of their home, and so do we. SummitCove employs a well-trained team of experienced maintenance technicians who perform regular preventative maintenance inspections to ensure that your home remains in excellent condition. Our teams are available 7 days a week to respond to guest issues should they arise.

We all know that cleanliness is the first thing that our owners and guests notice when they arrive in Keystone and if it's not clean, nothing else matters. Our housekeeping team goes through extensive training and their work is followed by an inspector to provide quality control and ensure nothing is missed. We provide quality linens and towels which are laundered in our own facility - which makes the cleaning process much more efficient.
