the unit is super spacious., well appointed, exceptionally clean, and near River Run gondola! shops and dining in river run village are maybe 20 seconds away. 1st floor lockers near the elevator make for easy “in & outs” when it’s time to ride. we enjoyed the [unexpected] partial view of the base area and the warmth of the heated pool and jacuzzi. it’s quiet here. lots and f families. perfect for our stay!

Very nice. The only exception was rhe hideabed, which was very uncomfortable. Not the owner's fault, but elevator worked only part of the time.

Location location location. So close to the bottom of the main lift. We had an amazing first experience with Airbnb at this location; we will definitely be back for more!

Overall, this condo provided our family of 6 with the space and location we desired. That said, based on many years of renting ski condos in Colorado, the experience with the condo was average to below average. Pros- location to Gondola and other amenities Riverrun has to offer - plenty of square footage in unit for our family of 6 - outdoor pool and hot tub attached to Dakota lodge (vs walking from other buildings) - large queen bunkbed, very comfortable mattresses Cons - the condo is heavily used by renters and is in need of improvements/updates - the king bed is very hard, with the bed springs poking into you at 2am - pillows flat and well used (bring your own if you can) - very old, dirty, few pots/pans, etc - Dakota lodge elevator was broken for first half of our stay - very frustrating being on 4th floor

Hi Rory, Thank you for your review. We have added a king mattress topper to the master bed which should help with the sleeping situation in that room and we have replaced the pillows. We are working with the owner on some of these other issues. Hope to see you again soon!

Our family had a great stay at this condo. The living area is very large, bedrooms are nice, kitchen is well stocked. The location is good - the main part of River Run and the lifts aren’t right out the door but it’s not a bad walk. The kids loved the pool/hot tub. The pull-out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable but the trundle under the bunk will only be comfy for a small child. About the only thing we missed in the unit was laundry, though it was right across the hall, at least, for lots of quarters.

The staff was great, friendly, professional and helpful. Requested early check in and they accommodated. Had an issue with the elevator and the they offered to move us. Would recommend them to anyone.

This unit is in the perfect location, just a short walking distance to restaurants, slopes and so many shops and activities in the village. This Dakota Lodge condo is super cozy and has pretty views. It was spotless for us when we arrived. I feel that the management company was the best I have ever dealt with. They accommodated our early check in and helped us out when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. I can’t say enough good things about them. We would stay here again without a doubt!

The management team at Summit Cove did a great job. Our condo had a issue with the pullout couch and when we called some was out to look at in 15 minutes. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it that night but the following day they replace the pullout bed with a new frame. CK was my favorite person to deal with there but all of them were helpful in answering any questions we had about the property and area. I will definitely book with them again.
