Homestead 2031

Absolutely gem of a find! My son wanted to experience snow and this place was perfection. The condo feels like its own cabin with a gorgeous floor to ceiling windows all facing the mountains. You can open the back door and not only will there be snow but it has a little hill in the back yard perfect for sledding, and views of the snowtopped mountains. Great way to just be right in the snow. There is a lovely area to hang coats and leave boots right by the front door. There is also a trail right behind the condo that weaves by a forrest and river area, went for an hour long walk and saw a moose! The indoor pool and hot tub is a 40 second walk from the condo front door. Carts available for luggage. The kitchen is beautifully stocked and faces the mountains. 4 minute drive to the keystone gondola, 12 minute drive to the City Market grocery store (but across the street from convenient store) 22 minutes to Breckenridge. 1 hour 45 from DEN airport.

Very close parking lot at the out door. There were tow carts to move the bags. It was great. The ceiling is high, so it feels very open. There are lights everywhere so it is very bright. It was nice that they continued to provide firewood. There were plenty of dishes and plenty of storage boxes. The scenery ahead was so mesmerizing. I wanted to stay longer, but it was a shame that I couldn't stay longer because it was fully booked. Will stay again.

This was our second stay at this home! The first time was during the summer a couple of years ago and then just this past weekend (winter). We loved it just as much as the first visit. Our daughter played in the snow in the backyard and it was perfect! We’ll continue to keep coming back :)

This is the perfect place to stay at. Great location, close to everything- Frisco/dillon, breck, keystone obviously, and i70. The views from the windows and patio are wonderful. Very quiet even though there is a walking path in the back area. The condo itself is so cute, decorated well, has everything you need to stay comfortably. We used the fireplace every night. Bed was firm and comfortable. Pool and laundry room very close ( just walk through the grass not even a minute away). Bedroom was large and we had enough room for our daughters pack n play with plenty of space to still walk around. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great location! Great views from the apartment. easy check in/check out. Pool hot tub and laundry conveniently close. Already recommended to my family and definitely coming back!

It was an amazing stay for our 2 year anniversary. The condo was perfectly sized and it had everything we needed. Plenty of seating locations, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bedroom was big and the bed was comfy, and there was a fireplace and they produced firewood upon request. No complaints, thank you!

This condo feels like a little cabin and took me back to my trips to the Colorado mountains as a kid. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners. Short drive or bus trip to bottom of slopes. Beautiful views and access to a walking trail along the river. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place. Has everything you need. Bed is comfy. I wanted to try the wood fireplace but didn’t have a chance. Close to skiing. Would stay again so I can hike and walk around.

Excellent! This was our second stay at homestead 2031. The staff were helpful and friendly. Check-in was very fast. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable with great views. Great location, single level made it easier to walk to the bus stop wearing ski boots.

My husband and I loved this Homestead condo. It is 1 level 1 bedroom , very spacious, with open kitchen with huge wall to wall windows with views. The condo was stucked with everythinng you might need, it was very clean. The patio is right out of the living room with unobstructed views of the mountains. Perfect for wine or morning coffee. The hot tub and the pool were few steps away. We were also pleased with the service of property management company, Summit Grove, as they assisted us anytime we had a question or needed help. We locked ourselves out one time. I love how all the little details were thought of in a condo from kitchen supplies to extra towels. We stayed there for 1 week and it was luxurious. Trails and the creek are behind the condo, walking distance. We definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to stay there again.

We wanted to get away from the city and be able to enjoy the mountains. This house has such a relaxing environment with beautiful views from the patio. I also loved the architecture with the wooden columns and timber beams. It was the perfect getaway. Thanks!

I love the cozy, rustic mountain feel of this condo with is big stone fireplace and wood beamed ceiling. It is a quiet location with a nice view and patio where you can hear the stream. It was the perfect, romantic, ski condo for me and my husband. One note-- the toilet is not flushing well and needs a plumber.

We loved the wall of windows where you could see down towards the creek and the mountains. Quick access to the bike path just below the condo. The indoor pool is just across the path. We stayed in the middle of May and it was super quiet. Not much was open in Keystone but we were there to enjoy the outdoors. We had our 2 young kids and the condo worked well with room to play. If you are going skiiing their is not a lift close by.

This is a well-kept condo in a great part of Keystone. There is a pool, hot tub, and grill in the common area, which is also well-maintained. There is a paved bike/walking path directly behind the unit that goes for miles. The ski resort is extremely close.

We enjoyed the beautiful property. Spacious, beautiful view, indoor pool and hot tub nearby. Keys available until 11:00 PM, which we needed, though available even after that if needed. Someone always available by phone as well, it seems. Thank you Summit Cove.

We love this property. Would like to see some pot holders (had to use the dish towels to remove hot things from the oven) and a dish cloth or sponge (so we can wash dishes by hand and wipe down the countertop).

you feel like you're in a private cabin at homestead 2031. serene, convenient, private, scenic, and nicely appointed. we liked not having anyone above us. you really felt like it was a private cabin.

We loved staying at 2031. It was clean and gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable we had no trouble sleeping. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything a person could need - we just brought the food. Our 2 kids had plenty of space to play and sleep. We enjoyed the gorgeous views out the window. The pool and laundry are just a few steps away and the kids loved spending time there. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place. We will be sure to visit again.

The Homestead was an incredible place to stay. This unit was just the right size for the two of us. You could easily fit more if needed, but we felt two was best. I plan to stay here in the future and would recommend SummitCove to anyone looking for a vacation rental service!
