We loved our unit. Check-in and check-out was so easy. It was very comfortable. The TV in the Master did not work (or we couldn't figure it out) but otherwise, it was wonderful.

It was amazing! I have done many rentals in the past and the staff was truly the best I have ever experienced. I loved that it was easy to get a hold of someone for assistance, especially by text.

This is our first time in Keystone. We had a great time. Our party consisted of 2 families and the house was perfectly set up for all of us. We had a lot of questions when we first arrived and called the office more than once, but everyone was super helpful and patient :)

Staying at Keystone Sanctuary was really nice. Good location to the mountain, but not on the route of the shuttle! We were told that you can call the shuttle service for pick up, but once we got there, the shuttle service they told us to call, said they didn't come to our place. A car is definitely necessary to drive to the north shuttle lot. The house was nice! 4 bedrooms & plenty of space for 3 couples and a single person or a couple of kids. We did grocery shop prior to arriving, but there was no condiments left in the fridge and there was no salt and pepper!

Hi Megan,

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at Sanctuary. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep condiments in the fridge between guests due to safety and health concerns. Also I am not sure why the on call bus was unable to come pick you up, they have always been available for Sanctuary guests in the past.

Took my family up for a couple of days and this place was awesome. There is ample amounts of room in this place. The garage is also nice, I was able to park my 2500 diesel truck (not lifted) in there. The garage is also heated so I didn't have to plug the truck in. Very nice home all around and it had everything you will need. Super close to Keystone slopes to go skiing or snowboarding. I highly recommend this place for families around 8 people or so.

Booked this home the night before we arrived for a ski trip at Keystone and A-Basin. Overall experience and condition of property was fantastic, including views and wildlife. First morning we were there we saw two wolves up the hill from the property. Second night we were there two moose came right up to the house in the back yard near hot tub. Can look out master bedroom window and see Keystone slopes. Would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks for a great property!!!

Great property with great furniture, design and lots of room for all of us. My only tiny nit-pick (because I love to cook) is that amazing kitchen didn't seem to have enough cooking tools, mixing bowls or baking sheets. The knives weren't sharp either. And they only had 8 glasses and 6 wine glasses, though the property sleeps 9.They needed plastic cups or casual cups or just more cups. But those are nit-picks. The property itself is so beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary 248. The furniture and home were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Was in a great location. The furnace quit working one day, but they were able to get maintenance out right away to take care of. Good thing there was a gas fireplace.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! Beautiful comfy home that had all the necessities needed. Everything was decorated beautifully & easily accommodated 8 adults. Enjoyed a visit in the back from a pair of moose & a very friendly fox. We will be back!!

This is a fabulous place. We had four couples and it worked out great. No bunk beds. It has a really large dining room table which made it great for dinner. Nice kitchen and living room. Had plenty of parking as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The residence was perfect! Although there was seven of use and we only had two dish towels - not enough for 4 days. Also there was only one roll of paper towels, etc. I would think the mgmt. company would stock the residence as a matter of courtesy. We bring all of our own food/drink, etc - it seems crazy we need to bring paper towels and toilet paper. We had a great trip, just unfortunate that we ran short of some things.

The house is beautiful, great location and very clean. The only slight inconvenience we had was the parking. We came in 2 cars and wish it had more parking spots.
