We had a wonderful stay. I loved how in touch SummitCove stayed with us! They texted when the room will be ready, how to check in late, and what to do if we needed anything else. We even won tickets to the Wine and Jazz Festival! My husband and I had a wonderful time and would gladly come back

We really enjoyed our stay. The only part we didn’t enjoy was the fish smell in the elevator and all throughout the first-floor hallway. It never went away.

We loved Mall 1413! We appreciated the spaciousness & layout of the unit with terrific storage for our luggage & ice chest. We enjoyed the covered patio, location to trails & the lake, cleanliness, quietness, underground parking, & overall comfort of the unit. Despite it being an older unit as compared to some that have been recently updated, it is well done & cozy. Because the area has had recent heavy rainfall, we could hear the creek flowing at night in the bedroom with the window open = a nice, soothing sound. We have rented from Summit Cove quite a few times, in the past years, & appreciate the friendliness & helpfulness of all employees we have encountered = thank you!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Mall 1413 very much. It is a cozy, spacious, quiet, well-equipped unit. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was immaculate. Although a bit older condo, it is well done and well kept. It is great to have the parking garage. The location is a perfect starting point for trail runs and bike rides from the door. We kept the bedroom window cracked open so we could hear the creek at night. We have rented from Summit Cove in the past and their friendly and helpful staff is very much appreciated. We love trying different units on our various visits but Mall 1413 will be a hard one to pass up because it suits our needs so well. Again, we really liked it! One thing for future visitors to note - not an issue for us but might be a problem for folks who have mobility challenges - there is one flight of stairs to climb from the parking garage to the unit's entrance.

We booked for a last minute getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location with easy access to bike trails and Dillon reservoir. The management company was very easy to work with.

Check in was simple. Condo was clean and had all the basics we needed for a week of skiing. Wife and Kids enjoyed the ice rink, shops and access to the SPA. Good location for food and family fun after a long ski day. Would come back again.

Nice, clean and roomy condo with quiet surroundings. Parking garage is conveniently located in the same building. Shared pool and hot tub are a nice plus.

Nice place to stay! The free Keystone shuttle/buss service pulls right up to the building, so you won’t have any need for a car if you’re in town for snow sports. The condo is large and well equipped - plenty of pots/pans/plates/silverware, plus the large living space and convenient first floor access. Don’t forget to check out the outdoor hot tub. Would definitely come back!

Great ski vacation visit for the family. Activities around the Mall and Lake were very fun for the kids as well. Mall condo was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Mall 1413. The rooms were large, with comfortable bedding and really nice shower. Even though there was no view, it was nice to be on the ground floor with access from the bedroom to a grassy courtyard, which was good for playing in the snow! Easy access to Keystone via shuttle a few steps away. Although it takes 2 shuttles to get to the base at River Run. Ice skating on the lake and restaurants within walking distance. Access to Lodge pool and spa was a bonus. Although, we were not allowed to use their bathrobes, so providing those in the condo would be a nice touch. Kitchen was basic, but covered our needs.

Very nice place. Great location for Keystone Lake and the surrounding shops. A couple things to note. Even though an elevator is in the building you have to take a flight of stairs to get to this unit. I don't see anything pertaining to this in the details of the property. No linens were provided for the sofa sleeper. Heater Garage was great. Couldn't get the key card to open the overhead door but luckily someone was coming out when we were trying to get in. Could have been user error.
