Oro Grande 413

I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation here. The location is perfect, near the mountains and village and close to Dillon for shopping. The unit was clean and well stocked and beautifully furnished. I really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a day of hiking or biking and site seeing. It was perfect. I will definitely return to this condo in the future.

Summit cove is an amazing professional management company! 5 STARS!! We stayed at their Oro Grande condominium and it was a wonderful experience! The condominium building was well lit, security cameras, clean pool and spa and tons of parking. July 2022 trip. The condo was located on the 4th floor with Mountain View’s, extremely clean, well lit, well furnished, loved the high quality bedding and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, knives, pots, pans, plates, bowls, wine glasses and lots more, everything a family needs to cook meals. Loved it! Highly recomend it! 10 out of 10. The condo is spacious, convenient, clean and fully equipped. Basement parking is very convenient. 1st floor amenities were not fully available and the key cards to access the shared space did not work, but these were minor setbacks to an otherwise pleasant stay! Would recommend to parties skiing Keystone, Loveland, or Arapahoe. All are within a 15 minute drive (Loveland requires a trek over the pass, so maybe not as optimal a location for riders looking to ski here).

Summit Cove Lodging is the most professional! When we ask for extra humidifiers, or help with broken heater etc. they take care of it immediately. They send great Welcome instructions, etc and it is easy to get in touch and get into our unit. We've stayed with Summit Cove for almost 10 years.

We didn't mind not being in the thick if all the ski activy. The condo is well situated to get to any of the resort. Super quiet and well equipped. Beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfy.

The SummitCove apartment we stayed at was very nice. 2 bedrooms with 2 nice bathrooms, a kitchen and living space that faced the hills. Downstairs had a garage, ski lockers, hot tub and warm swimming pool which were all well used. The unit wasn't super close to the lifts so we had to get a ride to RiverRun village for ski access, but it wasn't a huge hassle. SummitCove was extremely informative, responsive, and available at all hours should you need them. We paid $50 for an early checkin too which was convenient. Would definitely stay with them again in Keystone.

Overall great place to stay, within minutes of the resort. Quiet building and area with a lot of extras. Living room tv remote buttons didn’t work very well and the guest room tv had an annoying whining sound when on.

Oro Grande was awesome for a weekend getaway. Quiet building and the room was very nice and clean. Also had a pretty nice view of the hills. Pool and hot tub were decent, overall very impressed.

The condo was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. The heated parking was a plus. The only reasonable thing we would have preferred would have been an outdoor hot tub with a view of the mountain. Overall an excellent place to stay and I'd definitely return.

This condo is maintained very well. It has very comfortable beds and the sofa sleeper is pretty good for a sofa sleeper. I loved the view of the back deck and even though our deck did not face the resort we were away from the road so it was very peaceful. We loved the pool and hot tub area and my kids would run out on the patio and roll in the snow and jump back in the pool. The pool was heated and it was really warm. Glad we had garage parking as it snowed 5 inches. I also love the location of this condo. Super close to skiing and the check in desk at SummitCove. SummitCove was great! We will definitely be back!
