We had a couple of small issues early on but SummitCove was very quick to respond which was great. Then we were leaving at 5 am we had an issue with the unit door (absolutely our fault) and got locked out... we called SummitCove and they came right over to let us back in... was blown away at how quickly they responded.

It was great. Except we ran out of toilet paper and didn’t realize we had to buy more. However, would definitely stay again. Great location and had almost everything we needed.

Great condo close to a beautiful creek to lounge around during the summer days. There is a bike and running trial close to the entrance of the condos. The condo is great for a couple and a few extra with a pull out couch. A great view of the mts and trees. At the base of the other ski lift for winter location.

Great location close to the lifts, with just enough space for our family. Nice, big TV, and fully functional small kitchen. We thought the bed was too soft, but that is our personal preference. Our kids had no complaints about the sofa bed. Hot tubs were nice after a day of skiing.

Great customer service. Condo was good. However the elevators were out of service for an extended time which also was an issue last year when we stayed at silver mill. We also received no maid service for the entire stay which would have been nice for clean towels.

Just spent a long weekend here with my son. Check in was quick and easy. Good instructions by Summit Cove. The unit is located at the Mountain House area, a short walk to the lifts. The ski locker just outside the elevator was convenient. It is a 3rd floor unit so no noisy upstairs neighbors. Parking is in the basement garage and spaces were limited but we never had a problem finding one. There is only 1 parking pass for the unit and there is no nearby overnight parking. The unit was clean and everything in good working order, with the exception of the door. The entry keys didn't always work, usually requiring several tries to unlock the door. Also you must make sure you close it securely, even though it appears to be locked it might not be. The kitchen was very small, but fine for breakfast. Dishware for 6 and plenty of glasses. Adequate silverware and utensils and two good frying pans. Very little storage, mostly just a small shelf unit and almost no counter space. They provide dishwasher detergent, but not dish soap, so everything has to go in the mini-dishwasher. There is a small, round dining table with four chairs. There is no closet space at all. The one closet was filled with cleaning supplies and equipment. There is a six drawer dresser but a couple of the drawers were filled with electronic accessories. We had enough space for the two of our clothes, but nowhere to tuck luggage. One main complaint was the poor lighting. Even with all the lights on, the unit was dark when there was no natural light. Only the bathroom vanity had good lighting. The bathroom was good. Lots of counter space and storage for toiletries. Shower was clean and good hot water. Towels provided were soft and comfy. Soap and basics were provided and were enough for the length of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the pillows, but some may prefer pillows with more stuffing. The pull out sofa was also comfortable and there were plenty of blankets, but only the bottom sheet was on the bed. The TV and other AV equipment were good. We used the Blue Ray player a couple of times to watch movies. In-room free WiFi was also good. Pros: Clean, convenient, comfortable sleeping, good location Cons: Small kitchen, no closet space, bad lighting

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. It had everything we needed, and we liked the way the room and furniture were set up. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel bigger than it is, and the view out the window is beautiful. It was quiet - we never even heard any neighbors. There were plenty of blankets and linens, and it was really nice to have a full size fridge and a full size stove. We plan to return when we can this ski season or even in the summer.

The condo was nice and cozy and the perfect size for two people. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. The condo was within walking distance to the chairlift which was a big plus. We will be back!

First time to Keystone & loved the location of this condo and its proximity to the lifts. It was close enough to be able to come up for lunch and make it back out in decent time. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great ski vacation!

This is a nice little condo. The price is especially great. Very hard to beat. IMO, it's perfect for 2 people. I think it would be crowded for 4 (especially if you plan to prepare food here). The kitchen is adequately stocked but very small (as most condo kitchens are). The bed is very comfortable and the room has very good room darkening shades (yay! a huge deal for me). The view is OK; nothing fabulous. The building has lockers on the bottom floor for your gear and an elevator so being on the 3rd floor isn't an issue. If you are skiing at Keystone for the entire stay (or if you have a car) this is a great place to stay. You can easily walk to the Peru lift from here. If you plan to ski at Breck or A-basin some and you don't have your own transportation, you'll have to take two separate shuttles to get there (a Keystone shuttle down to the River Run area then the Summit Stage to the other resort). It can definitely be done, but it takes time and will take longer vs. staying in the River Run area. Overall, I was satisfied there.

Great location less than 100 yards from lifts, cozy view of forest made spectacular by vaulted ceilings, nicely maintained and furnished along with a heated Garage. The pullout sofa made it comfortable for a family of three, but the only thing preventing our rating from being excellent was that there is no closet space so we needed to move all our bags back to our car after we unpacked. Other than that small winkle we had an excellent trip.

I really enjoyed this Slopeside place. There was enough kitchen to be able to prepare my meals, enough tv for the whole room, and I really liked having the high ceilings. It gave the place a much larger feel...

This unit was larger than expected and have very high vaulted ceilings that made it feel even bigger! Room was updated, bed was comfortable, and it has a truly full kitchen unlike some other condos at Slopeside. Definitely on my “favorites” list for future trips to Keystone now.

This was my first VRBO experience and I am pleased with the entire transaction. Summit Cove gave excellent instructions and directions to the unit and the check in center. The unit was small, but fine for two or a small family. Good location and fairly quiet. Short walk to the lifts at Mountain House. The ski locker was very convenient. Checkout was easy.

We had a great stay at Slopeside. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the underground parking was awesome, the location of the condo superb, the hot tubs were great, and the condo had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed staying at Slopeside. We had two littles with us. One was enrolled in ski lessons at the Mountain House of Keystone and drop off was a breeze; we could walk there in less than 5 minutes. We were also in walking distance of an ice skating rink (about 1 mile) which the older child enjoyed. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
