The condo was great for our adult family of 6. Beds were comfortable, fireplace was great, and towels were new & thick. The kitchen was well stocked (crock pot too!) - cooked all of our meals. Hot tubs across the street were great & always empty.

Very good experience after being relocated due to construction. Unit is in great location. Place needs a little tlc in places but overall, enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful time. Our townhome was ideally located as it was near the bike trail and the river. The townhome was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We will be back again.

Place was perfect! Slept 7 guests no problem. Great location, hot tub right across from the parking, close enough to walk to bus/shuttle. Overall great place for a good sized group

Our family had a great stay in Keystone. Many fun activities especially for kids. Our condo was in good condition, clean, well kept and when we needed a repair, maintenance was timely and cooperative.

We were looking for a quick getaway with the kids. This property fit us perfectly. It was great to sleep with the windows wide open and sleep under a big comforter! Nice and quiet, and the garage was great for keeping our bikes inside and not having to lock them up! We walked up Keystone Gulch and did a bike ride on the aqueduct trail all the way into Keystone Ranch right from the townhome nd didn't have to drive anywhere the entire time! Highly recommend!

We loved our week in Keystone- the condo had everything we needed! And coffee and wine on the deck began and ended each day. We were there for the Wine & Jazzfest that we would highly recommend - and two rounds of golf at the River Course. The shuttle service around Keystone was perfect, and we were also shuttled to and from the course. We’ll be back!

This condo is a bit outdated with plastic blinds and the door to the upper deck leaks cold air which could be fixed. The heat is electric floorboard. The door from the single car garage to the house will not stay closed unless locked. BUT you have a master with king and a 2 sink vanity, tub, and shower on the upper floor. There is a bunk bed on the loft area of this floor too. The kitchen and living/dining room are on the main floor. Then there are two bedrooms below, one with a king and bath/shower and another with twins and a bath/shower. Each of these rooms has a door to the outside patio. A small washer/dryer is downstairs. The main floor opens onto a deck. The drive is short and so only two cars can be parked without parking permits for the lodge. The television in the living room is large and there is an extra refrigerator in the garage. We had friends/family staying in another unit which was much more luxurious, but ours was very comfortable and perfect for small children and a small budget. The pine trees surround this condo area and give a nice feeling. Summit Cove responded immediately when our heater was not working and replaced the control. There was not a drain plug in either of the kitchen sinks and only one dish cloth and one dish rag, no dust pan. The top rack of the dishwasher is hard to work. Nice new Keurig, toaster, and coffee pot. We had a good time. The two hot tubs are in a central area very close to this condo and the trash collecting area is also within walking distance. One of the hot tubs was not working but there is a dressing cabin by the two. We couldn't understand the clubhouse arrangements with the adjoining townhouse complex. This complex is older, but many of the units are being redone.

We like this unit for our annual ski trip. It has everything we need . It is spacious and comfortable. We have rented it 4-5 times so far and will return. Showing a little wear and tear , but a great deluxe value. Convenient location in the resort. The rental staff are great and take care of all our needs.

Overall Great Property and Stay. Kitchen supplies getting a little worn. Cutting Knifes getting dull. Dishwasher top shelf rickety.. often pulls out too far. Minor issues. Creaky floors, especially kitchen. Lots of room and comfortable Super Heated Garage. Good location. Have stayed many times and will come back again.

The pictures provide an accurate description of the condo. We had 7 adults (5 of which were our 20+ y.o. kids and friends). We were all very comfortable/enough space for everyone. The heated garage was wonderful/kept ski boots/snowboard boots warm. The kitchen utensils, etc are basic but functional. The fireplace didn't work the first night because it was too cold and we couldn't close the flue so we had to cover the fireplace with a towel to block the cold air coming down the chimney. The outside temp were warmer the next few nights and it worked fine after that. The grill was not usable. A maintenance person came out to look at it but he couldn't get it to work either. When we looked up the grill online, the grill was supposed to have lava rocks/fake coals also to disperse the heat which it did not have. This was disappointing!! Overall we were pleased with our stay.
