School of Shred Program Offers 5th & 6th Graders Free Skiing at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Other Local Ski Resorts

Attention Colorado residents!  Do you have children in 5th or 6th grade this year?  If you do, you are going to want to sign them up for the 2013 / 2014 School of Shred Program. The program is designed to encourage young people in Colorado to learn to ski and snowboard by providing them easy access to the mountains at various resorts. It also promotes a healthy and active lifestyle, getting kids outside and moving during the cold winter months.

The School of Shred program offers Colorado 5th & 6th graders 4 free days of skiing or riding at Keystone, A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Vail and Breckenridge.  It also includes one free first-timer ski or snowboard lesson with equipment, valid during 'Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month' from 12/02/13 - 12/15/13 and 01/05/14 - 01/31/14, at any of the resorts other than Arapahoe Basin.

To register your child for the School of Shred Program, just bring their 5th or 6th grade report card to a Front Range Sales location or Resort Season Pass Office.  They will then take your child's picture and load the free lessons and equipment rentals onto your pass and print it off for you on the spot.  Then all you have to do is show up at the lifts with your pass and start shredding!
