Summer 2020 in Keystone FAQ

Q: Are Hotels & Lodging in Keystone Open? A: Yes, lodging & hotels are now open, but with new regulations. We currently require a 24-hour block in between reservations as a safety precaution to our guests and teams. Some procedures have been implemented or revised with the safety of our guests and team members in mind.   Q: Are Restaurants & Shops Open? A: Most restaurants and shops are now open, but with restrictions and capacity limits. Masks must be worn until you are seated at your table. Opting to sit outside or grab takeout is always a great choice, too! Reservations are recommended if dining in.   Q: Do I Need to Wear A Mask? A: Yes, Yes, Yes! Masks are required to enter inside any public place or when you are outside and unable to maintain a 6 foot physical distance from others.   Q: Will the Pool Be Open? A: Each pool area is different and the decision to open or remain closed is made by that building's HOA. Some pools that have opened are requiring limited capacity and / or a reservation system. Information is shared and updated as we receive it. Please call with specific questions.   Q: What Is There To Do? A: Although summer festivals and some programming has been cancelled, there are still loads of fun things to do. The gondola is running Fridays - Sundays to enjoy for scenic rides and hiking at the top. Other activities include biking, hiking, fishing, stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking. Consider booking an adventure like Mountain View Sports' 'Ride the Pass' Downhill Bike Trip, Zip Lining with Top of The Rockies or Whitewater Rafting with Performance Tours. Checkout summer Farmers Markets in Dillon and Breck. A-Basin is open too for hiking, disc golf, dining, yoga and a new aerial adventure course that is slated to begin in mid-July. Remember, many activities have new regulations and potentially limited hours. Reservations are recommended for activities when possible.   Q: What Should We Expect At Our Vacation Rental? A: Our housekeeping team has always been cleaning with extremely high standards and we have since implemented some additional processes such as a double-disinfecting process, 24-hour gap reservation padding and a triple sheeting system. We have removed soft items such as comforters, throw pillows, and throw blankets and encourage guests to bring their own comforters if they'd like. We have implemented a new drive-through check-in process to limit in-person contact. If you require in-person service during your stay, we will schedule an appointment with you. We have even revised our cancellation policy to be more flexible. As always, it is our goal to continue to provide our guests with service excellence, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.   We look forward to seeing you this summer in Keystone! If you have any more questions, please let our team know.  We are happy to assist you however we can. Please, be safe and follow the rules while you are here.
