Summit County Visitors Can Enjoy Mountain Music All Summer With the Breckenridge Music Festival

Visitors to Summit County have plenty of choices of activities and events, and musical events are often one of the most popular options.  Every year, guests come to the mountains to enjoy cooler summer temperatures and the many music festivals and concerts in Keystone and nearby towns and resorts.  One of our recommendations for music lovers is to visit our nearby neighbors in Breckenridge and enjoy the Breckenridge Music Festival 2012.   Performances will run between Friday, June 22nd, and Saturday, August 18th with a variety of performances.  Visitors to Keystone Resort should make the short drive to enjoy one of these concerts and explore Summit County!

Performances will vary in musical style, and there is something for everyone.  The Breckenridge Music Festival Orchestra, in residence each summer, perform amazing orchestral concerts.  You can enjoy chamber music in an intimate setting or catch the Blue River series for jazz, blues and bluegrass, roots rock, country and other styles.  Here is the full lineup for the Summer of 2012 along with the link to information about ticket prices and performers:

Please contact the Breckenridge Music Festival for pricing information, and to reserve your tickets!  SummitCove is offering Summit County lodging accommodations all summer long with some amazing prices and promotions!

The August 15th Keystone event will pair dinner at The Ranch with the “Keystone Brass” concert at Warren Station. Maestro Gerhardt Zimmermann will be the guest speaker for the dinner.

Tickets for “A Taste for Music” pre-concert dinner with concert pairing are $85 per person. Tickets for concert only for the 7:30 pm performance at Warren Station are $30 for adults, $10 students with college ID, $7 juniors (18 and under).
