Summer season is just around the corner! Starting today, the Keystone Stables and Keystone Lake are both open for horseback riding, boat rentals, and stand up paddle boarding. Official opening day for summer activities at Keystone Resort is a week from now, Friday June 8th. On the 8th the River Run Gondola and Summit Express chair lift open for scenic rides up the mountain and the play park will be officially up and running. The Play Park at River Run Village includes a climbing wall, mini golf, bounce house, bungee jumping, gem panning and more. Each activity can be purchased separately. For a full day of family fun, there is the Keystone Adventure Pack for $55 a person which includes a scenic lift or gondola ride, a $15 lunch voucher at the Overlook Grill, a gem pan, and all the bounce house, bungee jumping, rock climbing, boating, and mini golfing you can pack into one day. Season play park passes are also available for $170 and includes fun all summer long at Keystone!
One of the most popular activities at Keystone’s summer season is the downhill bike park. Featuring 55 miles of lift serviced terrain, the Keystone Bike Park is a mountain bikers haven. Jumps, berms, pump tracks, and more are all included in this professionally maintained park. Progression focused lessons and camps are available for beginners or experienced riders that want to focus on improving skills. Age and gender specific lessons are available to ensure you get the most out of time on the track. Still want to play in the snow in July? Head up to the Keystone Tubing Hill open during the summer season! Natural snow sticks around almost year round at this high elevation tubing hill at the top of Keystone Resort. Tubing costs $34 a person for a one hour session or an $44 option that includes one hour of tubing and one lunch voucher at the Summit House grill. You’ll love the unique combo of snow and sun!
Relax and rejuvenate after hiking and biking with Mountain Top Yoga at Keystone Resort. Scenic views and fresh mountain air promote even more tranquility at this professionally guided yoga class. Packages offer the lift ride, yoga class, and lunch. Year round yoga is offer at Studio K in Keystone’s Lakeside Village.
State of the art tennis facilities are also available Keystone Resort. Soak up some sun at the beautiful outdoor courts which can be rented for $12 an hour or get some exercise on those rainy afternoons at the indoor courts that rent for $24 an hour. Rackets and ball machines are also available for rental and there are always tennis pros on hand ready to give drop-in and custom lessons.
