Gulch Road winds 6.6 miles all the way up to the North Peak of Keystone. You can opt to walk the road itself or off to the right of the trailhead, is a foot-path that weaves along through the woods. The beauty of this trail is that it is a great work out. It gradually inclines for over six miles until you get to North Peak base area. If you are looking for an even longer outing, you can stay on the Gulch Road and hike all the way out to Outback Peak base area.

In fact just past the trailhead off to the right are several beaver ponds, that are a popular "beaver prowling" spot. So be sure to bring your camera  and for more information about this hike click here!
