Shops and Restaurants at Your Fingertips – Surrounding Keystone Lake are shops and restaurants so you’ll be able to walk to dinner or happy hour.

Family Fun All Around – Enjoy all sorts of fun from fly fishing, kayaking, ice skating, hiking, biking, and numerous kids' play areas. There is no shortage of things to do at the Keystone Lakeside Village. Visit the Keystone Adventure Center for skate and boat rentals, hiking maps, and more.

Proximity to Conference Center – The Mall Condos are very close to the Keystone Conference Center. A walking tunnel goes right under US Hwy 6, just about a 3 – 5 minute walk from your condos.

Bike Path – Located on the paved rec path, you’ll be able to hop on and head in any direction, whether it’s down the hill to River Run Village or quickly to the golf courses, or further to Lake Dillon or Frisco.

The Keystone Lodge and Spa Pool House – You have full access to the highly acclaimed Keystone Lodge and Spa with a huge swim-in / out pool, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna. You can also book a massage, or facial, or pay to use the fitness center depending on availability.

Ice Skating – In the winter months, Keystone Lake transforms into the largest outdoor, Zamboni-maintained skating rink in North America, at just about 5 acres. Skate rentals are available at the Keystone Adventure Center and you’ll have a great time enjoying this huge, outdoor ice rink.

Shuttle Stop – Although The Mall is not a ski-in ski-out property, you do have extremely close access to a free seasonal resort bus shuttle that will take you directly to the ski slopes. Just downstairs is the heated, indoor shuttle stop so you don’t have to walk very far.

Internet Access – Free wireless internet is available for guests in the Mall Condos. If you are visiting Keystone for business, you don’t need to worry about trying to get online. If you are visiting for pleasure, you will be able to post pictures to your Instagram account with ease!
