A separate lounging area features leather sofas, chairs, office space and fireplace. Comfortably get ready for the pool and hot tub in the private shower and changing area. -Outdoor Pool, Hot Tubs and Gas Grill-
Located just outside the Clubhouse are the Settlers Creek pool and hot tubs. Unwind after a day of Keystone skiing in the heated pool, with snow-covered mountains and bright evening stars as your backdrop. There is even an outdoor fireplace here at the Settlers Creek clubhouse. Feel free to use the clubhouse’s large gas grill, propane is provided. Plenty of seating and tables are provided as well.

-Secluded Location-
Settlers Creek townhomes are located in East Keystone Colorado, a mile east of the ski lifts at Keystone Resort. If a quiet, peaceful setting is what you desire during your Colorado vacation, this is as good as it gets! And when your group decides to visit local restaurants and shops, you’re only a minute away from River Run Village!

The nearby river is a unique feature at the Settlers Creek Townhomes. Stroll down to the peaceful scene at Snake River. If you’re a fisherman, you will love the secret “holes” where brook trout hang out. Just another reason that Settlers Creek is the perfect location for your Keystone vacation!

Keystone’s In Resort Shuttle provides FREE service with a stop at the intersection of Tip Top Trail and Independence Road. The walk time varies from unit to unit. The shuttles run seasonally..

Each Settlers Creek Townhome has one or more assigned parking spaces. An attached 1 car garage is included with most 3 bedroom Settlers Creek townhomes while the 4 bedroom Settlers Creek Townhomes have a 2 car heated garage. The 2 bedroom Settlers Creek townhomes have one assigned space in the private driveway.
