Shuttle Stop – Keystone’s In Resort Shuttle provides FREE service. The shuttles run seasonally and will take you around Keystone and to the lifts.
Outdoor Hot Tub on Site – An inviting hot tub is available to Guests of Ski Tip Ranch townhomes, with access to a heated changing room with showers. In the Summertime, the hot tub are surrounded by hundreds of beautiful Columbine flowers. The secluded common area allows you to relax and enjoy all the beauty Keystone, Colorado has to offer.
Off-Site Pool Access to Dakota Lodge in River Run – Guests also have access to the River Run Dakota Lodge Pool Area.
Walking and Biking Path – Next to Ski Tip Ranch is a paved bike or walking path that leads down the valley to the other neighborhoods of Keystone; including River Run Village, Lakeside Village the Keystone Golf Courses, and finally to Lake Dillon. There’s no better way to explore Colorado outdoors!
Mountain Views – The magnificent Colorado Rocky Mountains are all around you! Looking to the East of the Ski Tip Ranch Townhomes, take in the view of the Continental Divide and Argentine Peak, which is just under 14,000 feet. On a good day and just at the right angle, you can catch a glimpse of Mt. Bierstadt, which is one of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks.
