Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr schnell in der Stadt. Ausreichende Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toll war die kleine Terrasse vorm Wohnzimmer.

Great place to stay for our family ski trip. The local bus was a great option to get to the ski resort. Nice and clean place with great Mountain View’s!!!…Would stay at this place again.

It’s a decent place for a small family. Neat and clean. Close to the skiing places and also to the city center where stores and restaurants are. I’d go back next time.

Nice unit and very comfortable. The unit was easy to find, but check-in code was not as straight-forward. Instead of being texted the door code when asked, I was redirected back to the app where I found it in a table, buried in the check-in instructions. This could be simplified.
3 of us met here from different directions, but could only park 1 vehicle on premises. Local parking ran an additional $100 despite seeing so many empty parking spots. That was frustrating! It was called out in the listing, but still very frustrating to see more empty spots than occupied spots just outside the door.

The condo was perfect for my party’s snowboard trip. The shuttle to the mountain stopped directly in front of the unit. The place was warm and homey with all needed amenities. Ample supply of home goods for daily living. Summit cove was a pleasure to work with. Any questions I had they responded in minutes! The only negative would be the advertised community hot tub was out of service and frozen over. The gate to access it was snowed in. Other than that, perfect stay!

The place was great overall. It is very close to Keystone Resort and not too far from town/grocery store/gas station/etc... only gripe would be you can clearly hear the heavy heel toe walkers in the upstairs condo.

The property was great. We wanted a quiet place in the mountains and this was it! The heat wouldn't work at first. After some attention from the maintenance man, it would come on, but it wouldn't get above 65.

Property is conveniently located right off of the main road just past Dillon, Colorado. Was exceptionally clean & had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay I have no negatives, was a very good place

It was good. How kitchen supplies had what we needed.. Bathroom towels ..set up like your home..was looking forward to the hot tub but jets in hot tub didn't work that was disappointing.

It's a nice ground-floor unit that would serve two couples in their private bedrooms with a few kids on the fold-out couch. On our last night we had one group in the unit above us, but the slight sound of them walking above us did not impact the stay at all. (But, as one other review noted, a loud group could affect your stay.) It was a great place to stay that I would certainly recommend to others. I have stayed in a few condos that were much more equipped with cooking supplies, baggies, etc. but that's not really expected by most of us. I have stayed in nicer condos, but this would still rank as a very nice place to stay. SummitCove was top-notch in directions, door codes, etc. We did not use the hot tub or ski lockers so I can not comment on that aspect. (The keys for both were hanging in the townhouse as you walked in.) I would highly recommend this condo for two couples with 1 or 3 on the foldout couch if needed. (It's got plenty of room for 4 adults with a kid or two.)

Place looked exactly like the pictures. Check in and check out processes were easy and smooth. Close proximity to many activities, shopping and dining. Place gets extremely warm at night, no AC, it’s a mountain thing. Fans were provided, but definitely needed to open doors to condo to let in cold air.

We chose this place for our vacation.Very clean,quiet place.The beds very comfortable,after our long hikings we used the jacuzzi.

One important note if you’re thinking about booking: although the listing says “free parking,” it is only for one car. We ended up paying $25 per day for another vehicle in a lot several miles away.
The condo is comfortable and right next to the shuttle lift pick up to take you to the mountains. Clean and perfect for a ski weekend.

Thanks for your review, Michelle. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not have another choice for us to use for the parking amenity. We do send out a message that most properties come with one parking permit after you book and it looks like this message did go out to you. I'm sorry you missed it. Keystone is very strict and we do have to follow their policy. We are happy that you enjoyed the property for your ski weekend. We would love to have you stay with us again and we can direct you to the properties that do allow more than one vehicle. ~ SummitCove Lodging

No breakfast included. Was well appointed and easy to get to Keystone and Breck. Some of the pots and pans are pretty beat up. Teflon is peeling off. Baseboard heating needs to be repaired in bathroom and living room.

My brother and I stayed here for three nights while skiing abasin. Super close to the mountain, apres spots, and food. Condo complex was quieter than expected. I wish the outdoor hotub was open.

We enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and put together well. We loved being just around the corner from the ski lifts and some trail running! Pro tip for the next guests -- we accidentally went to "Summit County Retreats" main office which is just down the street from "Summit Cove Retreats." Whoops! Make sure you go to the correct one for check in -- Summit Cove!

Great location, close to all the nearby resorts. A little small, but nothing was misrepresented. All amenities you would need were included. The only hiccup was a woman who lived in the surrounding condos came out when my group went to quietly hot tub (at 5pm). She followed us through the gate to give us a stern warning about using the hot tub and importance of closing it up, etc. Useful information, but nothing we didn't already know to do. Felt pretty hostile/unwarantted for the amount of money we paid, specifically to have access to a hot tub after snowboarding. Beware of the neighborhood hot tub bulldog.
