Spacious condo in River Run. Kitchen was well stocked, easy to walk to shops & food and was able to enjoy live music from the balcony. Enjoyed my stay.

Great place that is very close to the River Run gondola at Keystone. Conveniently located in the heart of the River Run Village, so you can sleep in and still catch first chair if you’d like, with plenty to do and restaurants abound.

Great location. Perfect for families with young kids that want a short walk to the lift and a lunch break at the condo for shorter ski sessions. Pool is nice and super close to all restaurants in river run.

Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, PERFECT location. Only, and very minor, issue is the gear locker. Could only comfortably store 3 snowboards, and the bottom had about 1 inch of standing water. Not a huge thing, but would be challenging with one more board or skis. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great stay. Great place. Only minor complaint would be that cooking supplies were less prevalent than other places we've stayed. No foil, seasonings, etc.

Very nice. Love the corner unit and having the second full bathroom was fantastic in comparison to the previous units I’ve rented in black bear that only have one bathroom.

The stay was excellent, the location of the condo was right in the middle of all the action. Extremely close to the gondola for easy skiing in and out! Everything was exactly as expected!

I always stay in Black Bear. The location is amazing and makes the trip so much easier to be so close to the lifts, dining, and ski storage. This condo had a balcony overlooking the square in River Run. Perfect for people watching and checking on the traffic to the gondola. Was not very noisy, much less than expected. This is easy skiing! No hassle parking, ski storage, dining, walking to the gondola! Love this condo!

We stayed over the Independence day holiday at this cute little condo. It is at the end of the hall on the corner of the building. It was an amazing place to stay. It had bunk beds in the secondary room and the master was very comfortable. Easy access to the slopes. It is right across from the Kickapoo Tavern and the Crepe shop!

We had a great stay! Our family of five had an amazing visit to Keystone this time. We loved being in the middle of the action-fast walk to grab last minutes supplies, pick up carry out food and access to the lifts! We will return!

Keystone is beautiful. Some things lacking isn this place. No chairs on balcony. If we hadn’t brought our own we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy being out there. Noisy neighbors at night from across the courtyard; be aware of this when booking facing the courtyard. Kitchen supplies very lacking if you are planning on cooking while here. Bedrooms are nice and beds comfortable. Beautiful hiking around the area. We enjoyed staying here but would not book here again due to these things.

I would highly recommend booking through SummitCove, a very professional property management group. We received updates prior to our arrival- room was available early, during our stay- a room upgrade, and on departure- late departure was available. Also, I nice surprise we were upgraded to Black Bear 8064. This room was spacious, very well appointed and so close to the gondola. Thank you, the next time we visit Keystone I will always look to book with SummitCove first.

Great location right in River Run, great balcony view. Comfortable for our group of 6. Would stay elsewhere for larger group. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed to cook, very small fridge but fine for our short stay. Clean and cozy. Quick walk to slopes. Would stay here again.
