Fantastic stay, really enjoyed my vacation here and would absolutely love to come back. Easy and fast to get to the Peru chairlift by shuttle. Gym, sauna and a swimming pool are an amazing plus to spend the nights after skiing. Sufficient small kitchen for cooking at home and really comfortable beds. Loved everything about my stay in here.

Great place with super comfortable Murphy bed as the second bed. Bus stop close to condo but the slopes are only a 10 minute walk so we preferred that even though we walked and rode the bus. The spa is the pro tip as the hidden gem of this airbnb. You get free access to the outdoor and indoor jacuzzis and pool and the steam room,sauna and locker-room for FREE. That’s priceless!

Clean, really great accommodations, and great location. A bit hard to find our specific building for room 1448 and checkout was a bit unclear though extremely easy and maybe was just intuitive and I was being overly cautious. Overall great stay.

We loved our stay! The shuttle stops right outside. The garage makes the move-in and out super easy, with ski lockers in the garage. The extra bed in the living room is excellent. The gas fireplace is very cozy. Includes access to the spa (!!!) which was awesome.Thanks for a great stay!

This was our first trip to Colorado so we didn't really have an idea of what to expect. Location was simple to locate it was only about an hour and a half drive from Denver. The check-in process was fairly simple I was a tad bit disappointed that we we're unable to check in early but we were accommodated with a small gift certificate to a couple of doors down while we waited on our keys and a cupon book which is more than most people would do as they really didn't owe us anything. The check-in process was fairly smooth they came right out to her car with the keys and the property was located less than a five-minute drive from the office. The building is clean and quiet. The ski Locker was easily accessible right as we walked into the door downstairs. The elevator was well kept. The condo itself it was perfect for our small family. There were plenty of sheets, blankets and extra pillows. The beds were comfy and living are felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils cups plates and cookware. There was a supply of games to play with the family and books to read. The decor could use a little bit of updating but it is very Mountain lodge which is beautiful. And the kitchen is a tad bit on the small and dated side but everything worked well and allowed us to cook dinner most nights without investing in a whole lot of extras except for food.

We came and stayed in 1448 for our sons pond hockey tournament. The location could not be beat. It’s right on the lake and has great access. Being in the heart of village was nice as well as we could walk everywhere. Lots of places to eat. We will definitely return. Thank you!

You can expect a great room that matches the pictures and the description that you have read. Make sure you get a good explanation on where to park as that changes everything. With that, you're in great shape and be sure to visit Nowhere Pizza.

Very clean unit with everything you could possibly need. A quick 5-minute drive from the ski slopes - or there is also a free shuttle. Great heated garage (a big plus in the winter), ski lockers, and access to the spa/pool/gym. Beautiful views of Keystone Lake.
Pro tip: do not keep your key card next to your phone as it will get demagnetized :(

Beautiful view from the window, loved this location. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and not too bad of a drive from Breckenridge and Frisco. Very happy with this spot.

My husband and I are very last minute type of people due to our lives. We rented this the day before we came, and it has never been smoother for us. We were in contact right away with the management, and everything was ready. We even got an early check in! (Along with a late checkout, always ask!) We both have food restrictions, and this place was close to everything so we could eat and even enjoy a small snow storm. This place was QUIET and very clean. The bed didn’t feel like a yucky hotel bed and the temp of the room was perfect as well. Like I said we have a lot of food restrictions so using the kitchen was important for us and felt just like home. We will for sure be staying here again in the future. Hands down an 11/10 for my husband and I. Thank you for a great place to have our anniversary and a wonderful birthday for me. You won’t regret it, stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Great view and location. The property is in front of the lake and walking distance to restaurants and spa. In New Year Eve you can see the fireworks from the apartment. The garage is in a covered basement, perfect when snowing.

Beautiful apartment in front of the lake and walking distance to restaurant and spa. Perfect for a group of 4 including children. In New Year Eve fireworks can be seen from the apartment. There is a free shuttle that can take you to Keystone Ski Lifts. The garage in on a coverage basement perfect when snowing. The town is only 10 minutes away.

Edgewater 1448, while not updated, is very clean, comfortable and spacious for a family of four. The queen murphy bed in the living room, vs a sofa bed, is a nice perk as it is much more comfortable and convenient. As well the loft with the king bed provides adequate comfort and privacy for mom and dad. There is a great view of the pond (ice rink) from a large living room window, and the parking garage access is very short trip via the elevator. Having the heated parking garage vs outside parking is another very nice perk. This unit is very convenient to the Mountain House village area, being a 5-minute drive at most. We hope to return to this condo on our next visit.

This is our second time staying in this condo this year. Once again, we found it to be very comfortable and worked great for our family of four, with boys nine and 10 years old. Although it is not updated, it is very functional, comfortable, and has a great view of the ice-skating rink. It is also very convenient to the Mountain House base area. Finally, the heated parking garage is very convenient and a nice amenity.
