We stayed on the Prospectors House by Summit Cove. Everything was as shown on the website but better. We had a family vacation. We each had room for privacy and also room to hang out together. There was a good assortment of games available. It was an excellent accommodation.

We have thoroughly enjoyed this home. With ample parking, large layout of the home where no one felt on top of each other, and showers that had more than 1 shower head, what more can you ask for? The bus stop across the street is so convenient and the walk to the gondy wasn’t even that bad! If you’re lucky enough like us, the mountain goats will come down and hang out on the front yard with their family! This was by far a great property for 15 people. Highly recommend and a big thank you to the employees at Summit Cove for being responsive, helpful, and kind. They are a local company here in Keystone and I was fortunate enough to get to chat with Housekeeping, maintenance, and the on call lines from guest services. Every person I interacted with at Summit Cove has been pleasant. Thank you to Summit Cove and their employees for a phenomenal stay here in Keystone.

None of the normal complaints! The property is as advertised, everything worked, check-in/check-out was seamless, and the layout of the home is perfect for a multi-family get-together. Not only is the house big enough for 3 families, but it has the right spaces to bring everyone together for dinner or socializing. Excellent property - highly recommended.

Prospector house 669 is a fantastic property. Large enough for to sleep 4 families and perfect for family dinners after a day on the slopes. Wonderful views of the mountain.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—just a short 7-10 minute walk to the gondola. The steam shower was a delightful touch, and the spacious cabin provided ample room to relax. The kitchen was impressively large and well-equipped with utensils and cookware, making it easy to cook for a crowd of people.

We enjoyed this beautiful home over the Thanksgiving holiday. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room! We were thankful for the large table so we could all have dinner together. We highly recommend this home! Oh and the heated floors are nice too!

My family and I had an amazing trip, everything went as smooth as it possibly could. We had troubles with the keypad, and Josh was so helpful! Would definitely recommend using these guys! The home is so beautiful as well. Very accommodating

Great house in a very convenient location! It was a quick walk to the ski resort (and they have ski check and lockers to make the walk even better)! Plenty of room for the adults and the kiddos.

My guests and I had the BEST time staying at this gorgeous property. Summit Cove did an incredible job also providing other walkable stays nearby for my guests. The accommodations and amenities were fabulous. My husband and I felt this was one of our better decisions made during our wedding week that set us up for a great time.

A group of 4 families stayed here for 2 nights in August. It was perfect. with 6 adults and 9 kids between the ages of 4 and 17, it was big enough for all of us. The property was clean and it was convenient to the village.

We had a wonderful time at the Prospector House. With 3 large master BR with king size beds and 2 smaller rooms with 2 bunk beds each, it was the perfect place for our 3 families. The place is conveniently located 8 min by foot from Keystone Gondola base or can be enjoyed all day long to relax if skiing is not your thing. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the amazing kitchen, grand foyer and the playroom downstairs with hot tub. It just has everything including a mud room and laundry for your ski clothes. What else can you ask for ?

We had really good time at SummitCove. It is located at very convenient place to Gondola. You can walk up to Gondola or to the small town to enjoy. Amazing place for vacation.

We loved the open floor plan. This house is beautiful. We stayed over spring break. My adult children really liked that the master bedrooms were separated for privacy. One master bedroom is downstairs and the two bunk rooms. The other two master bedrooms are on the main floor with the kitchen. We had three couples and three grandchildren. We were able able to spread out and let the kids get to sleep while the grownups got to enjoy the evening. The wifi worked great. We all commented on how much we liked the cubbies and coat storage. So handy and lots of room for all our stuff. Also the rooms were not crowded with extra beds and sofas to fit more people in like some rentals. This house is set up like a real home with just the furniture you need and want. We rented two cribs from babys away and had plenty of room for them in the bedrooms. The whole place was very clean. The location is great just cross the road and you are on a sidewalk to the river run area. We did discover that the road to the pay parking lot is a short cut to the gondola, a really easy walk.

The vacation was incredible. The house was large enough to accommodate a large group as long as some don;t mind sleeping in bunk beds. The house had everything you could have needed and had a large kitchen easy enough to cook for a large group.

The property was incredible and walking distance to the slopes. The only downside we had was that two of the rooms had twin bunk beds which were a bit tough on 8 grown men however it did not detract from the overall experience. the house had a great kitchen and appliances and made cooking very easy. Property manager was easy to work with and made a early check in and late check out extremely easy.

It was Fantastic. We were able to get into the house a little before 3 which was very helpful. When we arrived we realized the heat did not seem to be working. When called SC came immediately out to check the problem and bring space heaters.

We were a large party of 15 with 7 kids. We had a fantastic time. The kitchen was well stocked, there was so much space to socialize and the kids had tons of fun. Living arrangements were good although there were too many bunk beds so one couple drew the short straw. Also, the close promixity to the resort and slopes including pick up for snowmobiling tours made it an excellent destination!

We rented this home for a wedding at Keystone, and couldn't be happier with the location (walking distance) and amenities of the home! Spent plenty of time looking out the windows or on the porch to see the view of the mountains, or cooking with friends & family at the large kitchen.
