Our stay was great. The space was comfortable and clean. The amenities were spot on. We really appreciated the books, games, puzzles, and easy pool access. Not every place that lists itself as family friendly truly is. Peter's place had plenty to keep our young kids busy while they took a breaks from the slopes.

Good place but needs some TLC. Here is some improvement ideas from someone who also manages airbnbs: 1. The online link with guidance on how to check in etc. was confusing and the links to like "check in info" was not obvious it was a link. We got all the way to the door then realized we had to drive to get a key. Why not a door code on the door instead of a hotel key? 2. The property instructions were not near good enough. There could have been instructions for how to get into the garage, how to get to the room (had to take elevator to 1, then find stairwell 4), this was super confusing especially while dragging luggage. 3. Better pool towels. The pool towels were tiny. 4. The master bedroom door needs to be undercut so it doesn't get stuck on the carpet. 5. Labels on the light switches would be helpful in the bathroom. We eventually figured out that there was a switch for light, switch for fan, and switch for heater. If the fan and heater were both on it seemed like the fan might start on fire. (might want to replace them if possible). 6. No ice or ice trays in the freezer really sucks. Even if you just put some reusable ice trays in there with an ice bucket, that'll help. 7. The water out of the tap isn't great, a brita filter in the fridge would be a nice touch. 8. The upstairs shower pressure is awful but idk if you can fix that. A new shower head would be nice though as there was a higher shower head but it was leaking and didn't work well.

Regarding check-in, our confirmation email includes instructions directing guests to our office in Keystone to pick up their keys prior to arrival. Many buildings in Keystone are governed by individual HOAs that determine access methods, and unfortunately not all buildings allow door codes. For those properties, physical keys are still required, which is why we provide detailed directions to our office in advance. We’re sorry to hear that navigating the building and garage felt confusing during arrival. Our confirmation information does include directions to the garage, but we appreciate the suggestion about providing more detailed guidance within the property itself, especially for guests arriving with luggage. Feedback like this helps us look for ways to make the process smoother. A few of the items you mentioned are managed directly by the building’s HOA, including the pool towels, but we will certainly pass along that feedback. We also appreciate you letting us know about the missing ice tray and the leaking upstairs shower head — those are items our team can address right away. Our front desk is available 24/7, and we’re always happy to provide missing items or assist during a stay if something isn’t as expected. We will also share your notes with the property owner regarding the bedroom door and the suggestion to label light switches, as those are helpful ideas. Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback. Guest comments help us and our homeowners continue to maintain and improve the property for future stays. Wonderful space with a great view! Our family of six had plenty of room and felt comfortable throughout the space. We appreciated the underground parking, proximity to the Peru, and variety of games & puzzles. Highly recommend!

Great stay close to Peru lift! The condo was a comfortable landing spot for our family after a day on the slopes. Appreciated that this is clearly a family property, had many games and books our kids enjoyed. Parts of the unit are showing their age, but it matches the photos and everything is functional. Newly renovated and well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Easy walk to the Peru lift and Mountain West base camp (close to ski school/learning area)

Accommodations were wonderful and met all our expectations. Kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of space for 6 Adults and 2 children. Wonderful view off of deck.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Plenty of space for the 2 families that went and a very easy walk to the slopes. One thing to be mindful of, you will be climbing a lot of stairs, there is no elevator access to that side of the building so you must use the stairs to reach the room.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Plenty of space for the 2 families that went and a very easy walk to the slopes. One thing to be mindful of, you will be climbing a lot of stairs, there is no elevator access to that side of the building so you must use the stairs to reach the room.

This home is within close walking distance to keystone lifts and is very cozy. comfortable, clean, and lots of beds makes this a perfect spot for a group coming to ski or snowboard. Highly recommend visiting this location if you have the option. especially the master bedroom! the view from the window of the mountains are amazing!

Great place, perfectly located at Peru lift and Mountain House Lodge for family ski classes, and roomy enough for 3+ couples and children.
The hot tub was a community one and not that clean, but it was large and the lap pool was warm for a post-ski soak. The listing mentioned laundry cleaner, which I assumed was in-unit, but’s a common area coin in one instead.
Would rent this place again!

Airbnb does not have a place that we can check private or shared laundry. While we don't manage the hot tub and pool area, we are more than happy to contact the building manager to let them know about the cleanliness of the pool house. This was most fun place I have ever stayed. the Kitchen is super nice and theres so much space. everything was very clean and it was very nice being right up by the mountain. I can't wait to go back to this place!!!! Highly recommend staying here!!!!!!!!!!

It was a little confusing getting into the condo. You have to go to the fourth floor then back down to the third door. If the elevator went all the way up it would have been wonderful.

This was our second time staying at Liftside 309 and it was even better than the first. It's an amazing place. In addition to being ridiculously close to the lifts, it has plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen and even numerous games/toys for the kids. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a medium sized group.

This place was great! It was very cozy and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked, the fireplace was a nice touch, rooms were spacious, downstairs bathroom was very nice, and the living area is perfect for a family or group of friends to hang out. Only negative is that the Murphy Bed is quite uncomfortable. Please include some foam pads or replace the mattress. Thanks!

This was a great condo for a big group! We had fun on the mountain and also tubing at the nordic center! Fireplaces were a great perk and plenty of room for our large group! Fully stocked kitchen so all we needed for dinners in.

Had a great time! Location was perfect to stay inside and still see the mountain and what was happening on it. Short walk to Mountain House ski school and ski lift. Enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is better instructions on how to get to the actual condo. The stairs versus elevator rather confusing.

Great unit! Wonderful views! Clean and everything worked. Summit cove responded quickly to the little issues and gave us a late check-out! I would rent it again. Access to the unit is odd. Liftside 309 has 2 floors starting on floor 3 of the building. 3 flights walk up from garage to floor 1 OR elevator from garage to floor 3 then one flight walk up to 2nd floor of 309 then down a flight (via stairs inside the unit) to kitchen/living area.
