This is a nice apartment very close to the River Run gondola, which worked out perfect because that is the lift for night skiing. Check in was very easy, you just need to stop at the office. It was a great overall stay.

Great stay! Perfect location with how close the property was to the ski lifts. Only one complaint, first night we arrived late at night, and the hot water was not working, but worked fine for the rest of the trip. All and out, would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Keystone since 1991 and always have stayed at River Run condos. This time was no different. Place was immaculate and close to the gondola. Perfect place for family get togethers at Christmas.

This is such a perfect place, it had everything we needed. Cozy and gorgeous. The view is breathtaking. We got a little sick from the altitude because we didn’t realize how high it is , XD. Thank you very much for the effective communication. Loved it!!!

The property matched the listing photos. The host noted there was construction; so there was no surprise. We actually enjoyed watching while we were at the condo. They did start promptly at 8 am, as I would have expected.
The bed had a super thick mattress, which it made it too high for me. (I am 5’2”). We ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa which was not very comfy. The Keystone Property manager offered to move us to another unit; however we didnt want to go to the effort of moving everything. Jane in the office was super nice and helpful.
Great location, close to the Gondola and close to Breckenridge. The fall colors (Aspens)were beautiful

The stay was great! The only thing is the construction that was going on. And the bed was a little harder than i like but still comfortable. The host was great! Had a great time and plan on returning soon! The community looked like a hallmark town!

Overall this was a great property that was a 3 minute walk to the river run gondola.
The only issues/comments we had were the following.
- Our key card didn't work to get into our room. It was around 1AM however we were able to get someone on the line and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes.
- The bed in the bedroom is very hard. For some people this might be great but if you are a side sleeper it was pretty uncomfortable.
- The TV in the bedroom is very old and we weren't able to get it to use Netflix so bring your own roku or otherwise.
- The heater is fairly loud I would recommend turning down the thermostat before you go to bed so it doesn't kick on while you are sleeping.
Bottom line. I would stay here again with a group of 4.

Great location! Easy walk to the ski lifts and downtown area! Apartment was very clean and had plenty of extra towels/linens. Awesome view of the ski hills at nighttime too! Included garage parking, which was very convenient! Great place!

Despite the construction, the unit was a great location to catch some powder. The unit was comfy and inviting with beautiful views of the slopes. The unit is well stocked for cooking needs and enough seating for us. The garage parking and elevators were definitely a plus.

This property was a walk across a parking lot to gondola and everything you need (food/rentals/shops/tickets). Check in and out was beyond easy. parking deck is warm and easy to take elevators. Would stay here agin for sure!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Red Hawk Lodge. The location and the view were excellent. The kitchen was equipped with almost all necessities. The pool area and the sauna were great. A few suggestions for improvement - provide dishwasher detergent supply, paper towels and bath towels enough to last for the whole stay. 4 bath towels for 3 adults for 8 nights is not enough. More can be requested for a fee. We’ve stayed at many condos without room service, but they had huge supplies of towels and a washer in the condo. Here we had to use paid washer and drier at a common area, which didn’t wash well ( too short cycles). Thank you for the opportunity to share our thoughts and experiences. We stayed this summer and loved everything about this unit. Plenty of space for our family of 4. It was quiet but easy to access, even with a little one in tow it was a quick walk to the gondola. We will be booking this unit again in the winter!

This condo is Keystone is perfectly located; it is 30 minutes from Breck and walking distance to the lifts in Keystone. It was amazing to put on our ski gear and just walk to the lifts - doesn't get any better! The condo itself was clean, cute, and had a wonderful mountain cabin feel. It was almost like we had a cabin in the mountains and weren't even in a condo building. The day doesn't get much better after experiencing the outdoor CO activities and then cozying up in the condo with the fire place and a warm beverage! The parking was easy and it was a piece of cake to get to the unit from the parking garage. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to book a spot anywhere in or around the Keystone area or surrounding areas!Plus you can cook and watch movies so bring some tasty treats and DVDs and you are all set!

Overall, we were extremely impressed with this Condo. Very close access to Silverthorne and Dillon, nice resort area at Keystone and the condo building itself had great views and nice amenities. Condo was nicely furnished, had a well-stocked kitchen and was perfect for a relaxing get-away. We visited in September. The fall colors in the area were spectacular, the region was not crowded and it was very close to a variety of fun hiking trails. Great Condo.

I took my grandchildren up this past weekend. We enjoyed the condo and the easy walk to the village and gondola. We loved the view and watching the snow fall. We even watched the fireworks from the hot tub! The condo was functional and the kitchen had all I needed to make meals.

Red Hawk 2275 was on the 3rd floor and a short walk to the gondola or Summit Express lift. Nice view of the slopes. I would suggest taking the stairs if possible as the elevator right next to the unit is very busy.
