This house was perfect for my family! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! The location was perfect! Summit Cove is a perfect location! The pool, jacuzzis, and the woods beside the house wad super awesome! Every one absolutely loved it!!

Our family, which included six adults and four children (all five and under), had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was clean, well-equipped, and included everything we needed to be comfortable during our trip.
One of the highlights was having access to the pool and hot tub—we made great use of them every afternoon to help wear the kids out, and it worked perfectly! The location was also ideal, allowing us to take easy day trips to Breckenridge, Vail, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Georgetown.
Overall, it was a perfect base for our mountain adventures, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was my son’s first ski trip. We have family close by in Denver. Fantastic home, gorgeous views, bonus is the garage!!! Everything we needed and beautiful views. Shuttle stop to keystone to the slopes is right out front, couldn’t be better but if you prefer to drive over it’s only like 3 minutes. Very nice updated home, great for families.

My family and I did a little family getaway and this was the perfect place to stay. Cozy, cute and spacious. Super close to keystone resort (4 minute drive) which was super convenient to snowboard. We had a great time & would definitely stay here again!

The home is just how it appears in the online listing. There was plenty of space for our group of seven. We loved that the bus stop location was directly across the street for our older teens/20s to hop on and off throughout the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had 2 families with kids from 8 to 14 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had one minor issue with plumbing, and management remedied our issue quickly! The bus stop was very close which made our walk carrying ski gear, very easy. The kitchen had all amenities that we needed for a great stay!

We had a great stay. The location was great - literally 20 yards from the shuttle stop - and the space was plenty for 8 adults. If there was a downside, the bed in the main bedroom was more firm than I like, but that is totally a personal preference. No one else had issues with the beds, otherwise.

This space was awesome. It felt spacious and clean and truly gave mountain cabin vibes. There is a shuttle stop right across the street which made getting to River Run (shopping, dining, and ski lift access) very easy. Management also made everything super simple and were very clear and responsive. 10/10

This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of parking and space to store gear. Right next to the bus stop was to catch the shuttle to the slopes. There were a few minor issues that maintenance quickly resolved. Kitchen is very well stocked but could use a couple of oven mitts. Would stay here again.

We stayed here in 2020 and loved the location of this house as well as the cozy, yet bright and functional, living areas.What was cozy in 2020 became overcrowded and less manageable in 2022. We experienced numerous issues with old, poorly functioning appliances and a little too much end of ski season dust and debris. Summit Cove was incredibly responsive though - remediating as many problems as they could and reaching out to the home owners who were also responsive to our concerns and plan to address them with upgrades and improvements. In good faith we are renting this house again next ski season because it was and should continue to be a gem.

The townhomes in Settler's Creek were a perfect location. We loved the privacy and "in the woods" feeling while still being relatively to close to dining and many recreation options.

Loved the place! It was really clean and the furniture was up to date which was nice. We had two families of all teenagers and you couldn’t hear the boys in the bunk room at all. The two master bedrooms with private baths are both on the top floor but ended up fine. The den is smaller than the picture but we still played games and put on the fireplace and had a blast. The bottom floor has a warm closet that we all put our ski boots in to warm them up. The ski shuttle literally stops in front of the house. Everything was great!! Would stay there again!!

This unit is fabulous. There are great views of the mountains from 3 of 4 sides of this unit. The leasing folks are very accommodating. Great location and shuttle stops right out front.

We had a wonderful stay on our family ski trip. This town home was located right across the street from the shuttle stop. The space was great for us and our 5 adult children. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking meals easy to accomplish. The unit was super clean. The pillows and beds were comfortable. There were also humidifiers available. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, clean, and such a well stocked kitchen!!!! We typically like to stay at a ski in/out location and were very impressed with the shuttle system to and from the Mountain - quick , easy , and reliable service!

We had the most perfect stay. Amazing location.... loved being so close to the mountain with scheduled shuttle pickups to and from the slopes! Hardly even had to get in the car! The hot tub was a great wind down after a long day on the slopes. Hope to book here again on our next trip!

Our stay at Settlers Creek was fantastic! The Express Shuttle to the gondola stopped right in front of our townhome, which was so convenient to hit the slopes! The location to River Run was super, and the actual townhome itself was everything it said it was online. Also, the personnel assisting us during our stay were informative and friendly! We had a family vacay with nine of us, and we all thought it was a perfect Christmas in Keystone! We'll definitely be back!

We had 3 families together for a long weekend. Everyone slept comfortably and the shuttle to River Run stopped right in front of our house making it crazy convenient to get all of our littles to & from the mountain! Cozy place to take respite from a day full of activity. We had everything we needed to cook from home and enjoy meals together at the house. Fantastic trip!
