The condo was very clean, comfortable quiet, and convenient. Well appointed with kitchen supplies and working appliances. Choose this unit for the close proximity to the ski lift. Great view from the balcony. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is always a plus. Enclosed heated parking was a bonus. Was notified by Summit Cove staff prior to arrival that the fireplace in the condo was out of order awaiting parts for repair. A little disappointed that the fireplace was not working since my wife had planned on spending time in the condo while our son and I skied and looked forward to time reading in front of the fireplace. An improvement the complex can make is to ensure both hot tubs are fully operational. On two different occasions, we went to use the hot tub after full days of skiing only to find one of the two hot tubs out of service. The other hot tub was full to capacity therefore we were not able to utilize them. This is not a direct reflection on the owners of the condo where we stayed but rather the oversight of the entire complex ensuring everything is operational. Overall, we had a great stay at this condo and recommend it to others. Summit Cove staff are always pleasant and great to work with. Look forward to our return trip to Keystone.

Clean and well maintained space with plenty of room for my family. Beautiful view of Keystone and a short walk to the Peru lift. The kitchen is well appointed with pretty much every you need. In-unit laundry was a nice bonus I didn't expect to see. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. My only suggestion is trivits and/or potholders. Thanks!

The check out time was too early. Doesn’t give you enough time to enjoy the place. Also, we didn’t like that we kept receiving messages about the check out time at 6 am when we are trying to rest. Also, having to take out the trash.

Our 10:00 AM checkout allows our housekeeping team to prepare the unit for incoming guests, and asking that guests start the dishwasher and take out the trash is standard practice in vacation rentals to help ensure a smooth transition. This was my first time doing a rental, and I loved that I didn't have to pick up keys. All I did was arrive punch in the code and start our vacation. The place was big and spacious for our family. I love having a washer and dryer it felt like I was at home. Very central close to shops and great views. The pool and hot tub were very small and were covered, so we weren't sure if we could go in. We were able to extend our stay very easily, just calling our host Jane. My husband does flooring installation in the area, so we did notice that their is room for improvement. The carpet had stains, and vinyl was a little outdated, but other than that, we do plan on returning. Carpet stains and vinyl flooring outdated. Pool and hot tub too small 3ft tall 7x5 size.

Great view of the ski mountains, easy access to walk to lift.

Wonderful condo to stay in! Great views off the deck, great kitchen to prepare meals in and close to everything. Hiking trails and river right out the door! Hubby & I enjoyed our time here immensely! We will be back!

What a wonderful get-away! We loved the view and hearing the river from our place. We also enjoyed biking and walking everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and helped us save money by not eating out. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end the day.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great for walking to the lifts at Mountain House (maybe 5 minutes?). Short walk to pick up shuttle, or enjoy a nice walk along the river to River Run Village. Heated garage parking was a plus, although it is tight (but doable) to get into the garage if you have a longer vehicle. Pictures are a good representation of the unit. Great view of the mountains. We would rent this unit again!

Condo well equipped. Our 2 "boys" 21yo and 13yo had room w large size bunk bed which was great. Walking distance to the slopes and what looks like great access to mountain bike trails which will probably be our next trip out. You get to park in a garage which is a HUGE plus especially in the winter. Hot tub is awesome (just a little far from the room). If we return to Keystone we will definitely stay here!

Condo was in good condition. Not the best for transporting a lot of luggage, as you have to go outside and wind around a long deck path of twists and turns. Plenty of towels, TP, etc... for a weekend stay. Check in at 10pm was good, but maps could be larger so you can actually read them to know where you are going.

This condo is within walking distance to the Peru Chairlift. The free shuttle is also accessible. Everything was clean and In good condition. Kitchen well stocked. We had a great vacation!

The condo was great. Very comfortable and convenient to skiing, food, and has a great view. We weren't able to figure out how to turn down heat in rooms tho info said there were controls in each room. All other instructions were great. We'd stay there again!
