Everything was perfect! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The place was clean and comfortable, despite no ac and unexpected higher temperatures. The lower level was perfect for my mother who has restricted mobility. We found the beds easy to sleep on and the other furniture comfy too. The location was great as was the view!

The place was very large and nicely appointed. Location to the mountain was very easy with shuttle pickup just two houses down. The pool is in town which is a bit of a haul just to take a dip, but a nice option. Hot tub got very hot. The auto blinds were broken in the primary which is also where the hot tub is, which is slightly odd. We also had to sweep up a bit of broken glass in the driveway. All in all it was a great place to stay.

One of the best rentals we have ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices which is always so convenient. We cooked every night and had everything we needed for 8people without issue. They gave us plenty of dishwasher and laundry pods as well. Even though this isn’t ski in ski out the parking lot to river run is a 2 minute drive and they have a specific area for families that was never full even mid day. The owners also left us little sleds which we used to slide down the snow on the side of the house and the kids loved it. TVs are all smart TVs so we could cast anything and set up nintendo switch downstairs. Hot tub was already hot which is also always a bonus when you want to use it right away and not wait for it to warm up. We loved it and will 100% be here next year. Also to add Keystone ski school instructors were also the best we’ve ever had! Just the nicest and hilarious and the kids loved them!

Great place - clean, nice kitchen, private hot tub, etc. really nice to have 2 common living spaces too for folks to do different things. The bus to keystone was awesome. The bus stop was so close we could see it from the front window. Would definitely stay again!

The place was beautiful and well-stocked. We loved having access to the community pool and a private hot tub. We didn’t see clear instructions as far as where the pool was or where dumpsters were at, but anytime we reached out to the hosts they were quick to respond and very friendly. We traveled as a group of 2 families with kiddos and the bed options were perfect for our needs. Thank you so much!

Great unit. Quiet, spacious, private with in garage parking for two vehicles. Shuttle is just steps away. Pool at Dakota is the only downside as you must use the often-crowded River Run parking to access. For our family with three small children that meant no pool time as hauling them across the lot in wet gear or changing in bathroom by pool were our options. It just wasn’t worth the hassle. Staff was very responsive to texted requests for assistance. All-in-all a very good lodging choice.

More than sufficient room for my group of 4. Kitchen was one of the best organized and supplied in my experience. Good pans, pots, knives. Never was left wanting for a utensil. Would have loved a hot tub, but you can’t have everything. Check in was seem less. Checkout was the same. Shuttle service doesn’t go up to outpost, so, need to hoof it about 200 yards, or get a driver to drop you off.

The house had a very good location. It had everything a family needs to enjoy a ski vacation. It was clean and well equipped. And working with Summit Cove is always a pleasure.

Great! This home was the most well appointed vacation homes I’ve stayed in. Towels, pillows, and extra blankets were abundant. Also, the reusable coffee filter was such a nice touch!

The stay was good. The garbage thing was kind of a pain. You shouldn't advertise a Hot Tub with this property when it is located where you need to drive to it. Very inconvenient.
