Great location in keystone. Close to the gondola. Bed was very comfortable and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. There is no balcony in this unit, but the views of the mountain was nice.Definitely would book again for the ski season!

Gorgeous condo. Well equipped with everything we needed. The Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. FYI - there is no air conditioning but there are fans available. Leaving the windows open made for a nice, comfortable stay. It also meant you could hear all the outside activities. This is a fun place and we loved it. We had a wonderful time and loved the condo. Black BEAR 8035 is in the middle of the action.... but just far enough to rest peacefully. Location of the unit is ideal... being close to the elevator.... and right above the locker room and hot tub. Guest Laundry down the hall.... allowed for minimum luggage.... There is 2 coffee shops on the ground floor of same building, along with several restaurants/ convenience-liquor stores, and retail stores... on ground level. We have stayed in Keystone.. many times...@ various properties...but after discovering BB # 8035.. I am not sure we will be looking @ any more properties. This unit.... has everything you need... the location is spot on... & is priced right!

Perfect location! Close to the gondola/lift, spa and jacuzzi, as well as the ski village. The double sinks were well appreciated and the overall size of the condo was perfect for a couple, definitely ample room left for a bigger party or family! We will definitely stay here again. Excellent mountain views as well!

Wonderful place with all the amenities and steps to the gondola and a chairlift. Nice hot tub and sauna downstairs. Covered parking in the garage. Good options for dining and shopping. Everything was awesome.

Terrific location within walking distance of lift and gondola. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants so close! Space was clean with plenty of room for two couples; the king size bed in the bedroom was especially comfortable.

We loved the location for easy access to slopes!! The elevator is right outside the door of this condo which takes you straight down to the ski locker area which has a door that leads straight to the path that is steps away from gondola. I mean it can’t get any easier!! Condo was spotless and well equipped! My husband and I loved the king size bed and our teen age son loved the Murphy bed - both super comfy.

Loved the condo! Three women fit comfortably using the bed, the Murphy and the couch bed. Well appointed. Location is perfect!!! Easy short walk to everything including gondola. Check in and out was a breeze. Will be back!

This place was wonderful for our recent trip out to Keystone. So close to everything—gondola, grocery store, restaurants, shops. We brought out young children and they loved the Murphy bed and the pull out sofa was so comfortable (when does anyone say that?). The condo was spacious enough where we didn’t have to ours the beds away to just hang out. Bathroom was big and appreciated the double sinks. I intend to come back and rent this again! The oven could maybe use a cleaning—I was trying to crisp up some chicken wings and the fire alarm went off. Overall- a great stay!

This is my second time staying here (coming from the east coast) and it’s the perfect spot, no matter the time or season. Staff is super friendly and very laid back. Parking garage is spacious and super convenient. When you get there the apartment has everything you need and is very spacious, with a generously large bathroom. Kid friendly and extremely close to all the amenities whether you want to end the day in the hot tub or start it with a quick workout. Perfect apartment allowing you to have a great and seamless ski/snowboarding week on the mountain hassle-free and great in the spring and summer for exploring Colorado. This place has become a yearly family trip and I look forward to it every year

Pros:
-Perfect location!
-walking distance to restaurants, slopes etc
-the lobby was so relaxing & had fireplace inside & the fireplace outside worked & was able to do s’mores, loved the hot tube & lockers were so useful .
-the Summit Cove staff were super helpful with planning trip & live person texted & called me to see if I needed anything before & during the trip.
-sofa bed was actually comfortable
- kitchen stocked with essentials
Cons:
-noise from elevator close to room & people talking while waiting for it although didn’t mind it too much because it helped us to wake up in the morning & not waste our day …

This place was so close to the lifts and inside the main square. Perfect location. We enjoyed the garage parking. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi was very good for keeping the kids entertained on their devices.

This is our third visit to Keystone River Run Village, our first two stays were in Jack Pine so this was our first visit to Big Bear. I prefer Jack Pine because of the rest room near the lockers and the hot tub. In Black Bear you have to go down a level to the Parking garage to access the rest room, not a deal breaker but just more convenient in Jack Pine.

Exceptional. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and a maintenance person was over quickly, despite it being the end of his shift, to reignite the pilot light so we could enjoy the fireplace our first night.

This Black Bear Condo was in the perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the condo and your right at the ski lift. You’re also located in the village so there are plenty of things to do and places to eat. The jacuzzi for the complex does sit below the master bedroom and you can hear the people outside but it closes at 10pm so not a problem during bedtime.

Condo was TINY and the living room furniture was not very comfortable for chilling out after a long day of skiing. Also, when I booked I specifically asked if the condo had a pool table in the lobby and I was told YES. Again , when I checked in and got our keys , I asked the girl on duty if it had a pool table in the lobby , bc with kids this is a big deal for us , she said yes . There was NO pool table ! This was our 5 or 6 time Bioko g through you guys and this condo was a disappointment. We will be back at Buffalo Lodge , if we return.

Me and my family loved staying at Black Bear #8035. Location was excellent, right by the gondola, restaurants, shops. Unit was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend staying here. SummitCove was awesome to work with. Great customer service. Gave me great recommendations for services in the area. Loved Ski Butler, they came to the unit and fitted us for skis and snowboards. Jacuzzi was a welcome retreat after a long day of skiing. Great vacation. Hope to be back next year. Thank you. A+

We had 4 guys in this room with two sharing the bedroom and the others on the pullout couch and hideaway bed. Being 4 great friends and starting spring break trips with Summit Cove we have always found small and close to the slopes as ideal. We picked Black Bear 8035 for the location and it didn't disappoint. If you're looking for a place to chill after going from opening chair to close and shredding 5 of the 6 days you're in Keystone, this place is ideal. We may or may not choose this room next year, but we know we will use Summit Cove to give us what we want.
