- Laundry: There are two laundry rooms in the building. Both are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors at the end of the hallway opposite of the elevator. Each laundry room has a free washer and dryer and a large sink. Some units do have a private washer/dryer in the unit, check unit amenities for this information.
- Maximum Pets Allowed: 0
- Pools & Spas: Black Bear Hot Tubs are open from 12pm-8pm. Black Bear guests will also have access to the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs. Hours are from 8am - 10pm. Towels are provided. Walk out the main Black Bear door into the village, take a left and walk through the main part of the village. Wrap around the back side of Zuma Roadhouse and you will find the Dakota Pool. You do not have access to the Dakota Lodging building, only the pool area.
