We really enjoyed our stay in Black Bear 8053. The location is fantastic—right by the River Run Gondola with very little walking in ski boots, and perfectly situated in River Run Village. We traveled with two boys (ages 9 and 8), and the setup worked well for our family. We definitely recommend using the provided humidifiers and box fans, as the condo has an excellent heating system. One small drawback was the lighting: the rooms rely on lamps only, with no overhead lighting, which made nighttime visibility a bit challenging. The bathrooms, particularly during showering, were also somewhat dim. Overall, we would still recommend this condo and would happily stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Super cute condo right in the heart of River Run Village. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the gondola and lift! Had a well stocked kitchen for making our small thanksgiving dinner. Would stay here again!

Great place if you’re a skier!!! Just in front of the lift and gondola!!! Great restaurants around the property by just walking. Amenities such as the hot tub and sauna is a great touch for relaxing after skiing. Definitely love to book again!

The advantage of this unit is that it is as close to the Gondola as you can get. Further, SummitCove kept the place spotless and in great condition. Wonderful views. Easy parking (underground) and unit is adjacent to elevator making unloading a breeze. You won't be disappointed!

The condo was very nice. Absolutely perfect for the needs of my brother and I (2 separate rooms and bathrooms). It had all the amenities and supplies needed in the condo - kitchen, bathrooms, and even humidifiers.

Really nice 2BR/2BA place that is renovated, spacious, and super convenient to the gondola, stores, and restaurants in Keystone/River Run. Parking, ski locker, gated entry, and a short walk to the gondola are all as easy as it gets for a day on the slopes. The unit was supplied with towels, toiletries, coffee, and cleaning products. Highly recommend this unit and building for a stay at River Run.

The condo was clean and amenities of building were great and very convenient. Summit Cove was easy to work with and quick to respond with our questions. Location for Brown Bear was central to River Run and very close to the Gondola. We would stay here again.

Location is excellent- one minute walk to the gondola. Village is small - so everything is close. Free, covered parking is a plus. Condo is exactly as it looks in the photo. Clean & updated. Nice to have a full kitchen with the price of restaurants as well.

We were looking for a place with room for our family of 4 that was as close to the slopes as we could get. This unit checked all our boxes and then some. It really had room for 2 more people no problem. The village was amazing for the kids with snacks and food. The walk to the lift was as short as you could hope. My only comment is the unit is right off the elevator so you can hear it when it stops on the floor from the living-room but not the bedrooms.

Great stay at Black Bear Lodge. Clean, recently updated and as close as possible to the Gondola! SummitCove was very responsive as well! Our keycards were demagnetized and somebody was over to replace them in 10 minutes. This was our second stay with them and will definitely be back in the future.

It was a solid place to stay! We would do it again but may look at a different setup. The condo was beautiful! The food and restaurants around us were awesome! Steep is super sweet brewery coffee shop. The crepe hut was well worth it and filling. The park, creek, and places to goof off around there were perfect for a family getaway

I had a great time! The room was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean except for the floors. I could feel dust and dirt in every room I walked thru in my bare feet. However, everything else was spotless and very nicely kept
